Tyckte om Site was very clean and tidy well looked after. Staff were really friendly on arrival.

Tyckte inte om Nothing for children really was a slide there but nothing else. Luckily we planned a day out so wasn't on site much anyway as we only stayed for the weekend.

Tyckte om Site was great, very clean and organised from the moment we arrived. We got there around 8pm on the Friday evening and knew where we were meant to be. We had few lovely trips out, into York and also visited castle howard gardens too. Weather was really cold but we still had a lovely time. The showers were good, very clean and really warm which was definitely a bonus. My husband fished the lake which was fantastic he caught loads of pike.

Tyckte inte om negatives is that the sat nav sends you past the actual site which was difficult in the dark to figure out. WiFi not good, no problem for me but the teenager wasn't impressed haha.

Från föreståndaren: Hello Sarah, thank you for giving Lakeside a lovely review. We are located in beautiful countryside yet perfectly sited for those who wish to explore further afield in North Yorkshire. Do come again, perhaps when the weather is a little kinder?

Tyckte om It was very nice, clean and looked after. Fresh milk was a nice touch too and kids loved the milkshakes. The chef was very helpful as the receptionist wasn't there to help. They were currently refurbishing the pool area which I imagine will look lovely when it's done for the summer. Thank you to bart who managed to pull us out of the mud. Our first motorhome adventure was lots of fun. Lovely nature trail too.

Tyckte inte om No numbers on the pitch where we were staying, we were left a map but someone was already on that pitch, that should of been checked as we had a late arrival. Games room was very cold.
