Tyckte om Excellent campsite, so spacious and peaceful! Stayed for only 4 nights but would of happily have stayed longer. You can leave the car and enjoy walks plentiful from the site. 15 - 20 minutes walk to local village for bus to Oxford. Back to basics and peaceful. Lovely area at the river side with hammocks, you can paddle / swim in the river. Take canoes or hire from the site. Fridge for campers use. Would highly recommend if you like back to basics site with lots of space. We will return :)

Tyckte inte om No general waste or recycle options only food waste. Not a problem for us as we took ours home but if large family/ long stay may be different.

Tyckte om Space! No limitations (within reason). Being able to choose own pitch - always an added bonus for us. 10 min walk to beach, able to leave the car and walk to alot of places. Minehead, Dunster, watchet all walkable if you do like walking. Easy coastal path. Friendly & helpful owners who take pride in their site. Compost loos very very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and even extended it :)

Tyckte inte om Washing up facilities would be advantages ( but we believe this is being looked at). And in no means did it impact our stay. Hubby wasn't sure regarding the front part of the compost loo when sat down! (But, fine for the ladies) :)

Tyckte om Facilities spot on! Always clean. Fridge and and freezer for camper use was bonus. Wash up sinks x 2 with hot water. Pubs within walking distance as were 2 beaches. Very flat field with exceptional views 😍 Friendly & informative owner.

Tyckte inte om Nothing to dislike. Just to note that if you are not keen on hills / walking bare in mind there is a steep hill back up to campsite ;) Ps... also exposed as at top of a hill! Did not worry us but just to bare in mind.
