We are also thrilled that you appreciated the ample facilities—including the flushing toilets, gas showers, sinks, refuse areas, and drinking water—and that you found plenty of space to choose a private pitch that suited you perfectly. However, we are very grateful for your constructive private feedback regarding the main toilet block. We apologise that the hand wash was running low, the bins needed emptying, and the block required a light clean during your visit. We will share this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure our regular cleaning and restocking routines are tightened up. Thank you again for your kind support and for helping us improve.
