Tyckte inte om No reception between 3pm and 6pm waited outside barrier for 2 hours. Phone calls went to answerphone. Police arrived on emergency and could not get through barrier. Toilet blocked looked like had not been cleaned or sanitised since 30th august. Chart not signed since then.

We spoke to you several times on the phone upon your arrival, telling you that we were in low season and that our reception is not open at all hours, that you would have to wait a little bit. For your information, our toilets are cleaned several times a day, so this seems excessive to us. Furthermore, a regional police investigation does not fit into the evaluation context of our establishment. We remain at your disposal to discuss further. Kind regards,
