Från föreståndaren: We operate a text check-in. You sent a text to check-in when you arrived and that checked you in - I don’t see the problem? We do usually respond just to say thanks, but after 9pm on an evening we try not to message guests as we appreciate it’s late and they might be sleeping. The welcome text asks you to message if you have any issues so not sure why you tried calling. To questions and requests we will always try to respond even late in the evening. Total non-issue. Jon L
