Tyckte om Shower block was nice and clean, each pitch well separated

Tyckte inte om If you turn up before 4pm the notice states call the mobile number and leave a message someone will attend; well they didn't and I don't appear to be the only one. Not sure if it was we only stayed one night at reception no information was given of what was where, not the best welcoming. The booking site sates "Fully Serviced', no it's not, I do not call only EHU 'fully serviced, the description is misleading. The play area needs upgrading
