Tyckte om Absolutely gorgeous site, facilities are amazing. Lovely vibe. Would 100% return. Pitches are very generous. Felt really safe and secure. Good food on site, real bonus there is a freezer although someone did take out ice one day but the venue replaced it which was super lovely! People were respectful of quiet time in the evening. Kids were up quite early and were a bit noisy but that’s what you get for a family site and to be expected, just missed my lay in a bit! The local beach is simply stunning we went down each night for sunset and it was yeah just beautiful.

Tyckte inte om There was a slightly jarring I think bird scarer? in the adjacent field to the pitch we were in which was extremely loud and unpredictable and it went off a lot. I’d say it may spook a few dogs. This went off quite early in the morning and throughout the day, did make me jump quite a few times! The WiFi didn’t work for me at all and I had virtually no signal, not exactly a problem and meant I spent less time on my phone but it would have been good to have more consistent connection so we could stream our nightly fix of love island!

Tyckte om Pitch a25 was so nice. Tucked away right at the edge of the field. Camping area was really nice chilled vibes. Pitch size was good and well laid out with clear boundaries.

Tyckte inte om Showers and toilets were frankly disgusting in field 1 camping. No hot water 2 days in a row. No one cleaned up after themselves and they were not cleaned or unblocked which made for a very unpleasant experience. Walking through the site it felt quite edgy and unsafe at points. More so in the caravan area which is very cramped and loud. No draft beer on both evenings including the day of the football. The pool changing rooms were dirty and pool area was not well maintained and also run down. No WiFi on the camping sites was disappointing. Place to wash up was tiny and regularly people queuing. The site wasn’t full and I’d dread to think what it would be like in full summer holidays mode. I’d avoid

It's also lovely to know you enjoyed the chilled atmosphere of the camping area and found the pitch size and layout to be well organised. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our park teams work incredibly hard to ensure our family camping guests have clean toilet and shower facilities throughout their stay. Unfortunately, there are occasions when some guests do not leave the facilities in a good state, which can impact the experience for others. Our teams regularly monitor and clean these areas, and as soon as issues are identified, they work hard to get everything back up to standard. The safety and wellbeing of our guests are always a priority. Our Security and Welcome Teams are on hand throughout the park, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards unacceptable behaviour. Any concerns raised are taken seriously and challenged appropriately. During busier periods, facilities such as the pool changing rooms can become untidy quickly due to the high volume of guests using them. However, our teams are back on it as soon as things calm down to ensure cleanliness is maintained. Regarding Wi-Fi, we do offer super-fast Wi-Fi within our venues; however, this is not available on the family camping areas themselves. We do make this information clear before arrival and around the park so guests know where Wi-Fi can be accessed. Thank you again for your feedback.
