Tyckte om very well defined and maintained level pitches. Excellent modern toilet/shower facilities. Friendly helpful staff. We had to leave very early for a ferry and they ensured the gate was unlocked even though it was well before the official opening time. The site is an easy walk from the historic town centre and museums.

Tyckte om Nice pitches, well defined with hedges. We were on a perimeter pitch overlooking a big cornfield. Water tap for each pitch. Very friendly staff and a nice indoor swimming pool. There was a lovely bakery just down the road and in the other direction there was a large Lidl in easy walking distance. The wifi was cheap (10e for seven days) and very good even in the van which was about has far away from reception as you could get. There is a free shuttle bus to the local beach which we regularly used. This was great as parking there was very limited. We also caught the bus to Les Sables d'Ollone which only cost a couple of euros.

Tyckte inte om The toilet and shower block was cleaned every morning but I thought there were not quite enough in the one block when the site was at full capacity, but this is only a minor criticism.

Tyckte om Well defined pitches with hedge separation. We paid extra to have a pitch backing onto the riverside public path which was a superb location. The site was well provided with showers and toilets which were cleaned thoroughly every morning. I could use free wifi in the comfortable bar and lounge by reception where I could keep in touch with work as I am self employed. The village of Buisson de Cadouin was an easy short walk away. This had 2 bakers, charcuterie and a small supermarket with a very good butcher. It also held spectacular markets where you could buy a vast range of local produce.

Tyckte om Lovely situation in a pine forest. Generous sized pitches. Ample clean toilet/shower facilities. Lovely friendly shop on the site with fresh bread baked all day. Very short walk to a lovely beach

Tyckte inte om Internet (which I require for email as a self employed person) was decidedly shaky but I could overcome this by sitting on a bench near reception and answering all my mail before 8.30 by which time the blazing sun was making my screen unreadable- not really a complaint at all and you don't go to superb locations like this to surf the net.

Tyckte om well laid out site with good clean toilet/showers, ample for the site. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good shop on site which was slightly cheaper than the nearest small supermarket. Beautiful fresh bread and croissants, the bread being baked all through the day every day. Excellent location, walking distance from the town and beach

Tyckte inte om the cost was slightly more than other sites but this reflects the high staffing levels required for the childrens' club and the entertainment none of which we necessarily wanted but hey-we picked the campsite for the location so no complaints. Couples with young children would find it well worth it

Tyckte om friendly staff, immaculately clean facilities (I like Radio 2 in the toilet block!). Very quiet location well situated for both Manobier Beach and the Castle Inn along interesting footpaths.
