Tyckte om Plenty of space. Nice quiet and pleasant site. Facilities are basic but adequate.

Tyckte inte om Had great difficulty contacting the owner on both telephone numbers (more than 10 attempts) and had to do our own detective work to figure out where the site actually was (Sat Nav only brings you so far). The actual location is not entirely obvious; up a steep, very uneven and unpaved track with no signage (do not try this in an average camper/motorhome with low-slung gas/water tanks - luckily we had a vehicle that didn't have this problem). Kitchen facilities although we didn't need to use them, need proper clean.

We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to reach someone, especially when trying to find your way. We did check our call logs and found two missed calls from your number, and my partner did not receive any calls. We’re sorry we missed your attempts—on that day, we were at a family celebration in an area with poor signal, which may have contributed to the difficulty. We always strive to be as responsive as possible and will continue to improve our availability for guests. To help future visitors, we will now send a text with precise Google coordinates and contact details before arrival, so you can reach us more easily if needed. Regarding the track, we regularly welcome campervans and motorhomes, including our own 7.2m, 3.8-tonne camper, and have had several guests with similar vehicles navigate the track without issue. However, we understand everyone’s vehicle is different and will work to make our signage clearer so guests can make the best choice for their setup. Thank you also for your comments about the kitchen. While it hadn’t been used prior to your arrival, we agree that it can get dusty quickly in the countryside and will keep an extra eye on it. Our caretaker checked the site that evening, and the WC and shower were cleaned that day, but we’ll continue to ensure all facilities are up to standard.
