We’re so pleased you enjoyed the site and the beautiful views, and it’s great to hear you would recommend us and visit again, that really means a lot. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the men’s showers. Following your comments, we did check the facilities and can confirm that there is a mop and bucket available in the men’s toilets for guest use. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it may not have been clearly visible at the time, and we will review the positioning and signage to ensure it’s easy to find. In terms of cleaning products, unfortunately we’re unable to leave these out for guest use due to COSHH regulations and general Health & Safety requirements. All cleaning chemicals must be stored securely, and our team carry out regular cleaning checks throughout the day to maintain standards. We hope to welcome you and your family back again soon.
