Like wine? Stay on a vineyard. This one makes a fine vintage, with added views of the Lattari mountains and the Amalfi coast. Agricampeggio Mare e Monti is a working farm, specialising in turning southern Italy's sunshine, rich Campania soils and mountain breezes into fat crops of grapes, walnuts and vegetables. You can sample all that fine produce in the dining room or sign up for cooking classes on site (for an extra charge)… either way, your meals are likely to be rather tasty. And the wine? You can learn more about that by joining one of the free organised tours around the centuries-old vineyards, and/or sort a wine tasting session to sample the site's DOC Basileo wine (there's an extra charge for this but it's worth the small investment). This small and simple site is only a five-minute drive from shops, bars and restaurants in the hilltop town of Tramonti and 15 minutes from the beach at Maiori for sea dips, boat trips and tanning on the sands. Ancient monuments or nature walks? Museums or people watching? Beaches or mountains? If you’re struggling to make a decision on this diversely entertaining stretch of Italy’s coastline, maybe make for the Torre dello Ziro, half an hour away outside Amalfi. You’ll have cracking views of the area from the top of this old watchtower and if you still can’t decide where to go next, well, there’s a beach just below you…

Tyckte om: No need to go back to our hometown in Philippines just to experience the weather and the way of life because in this place is what exactly we are looking for. We fell in love with the place, Alfredo and the rest of the family including the cleaning lady means a lot to us, even though we dont speak their language but being there feels we really belong in that place, so safe and you can feel the calmness of the mountain, feeling at home and feeling of belongingness and family, we loved you❤️ we will go back again next year. For the 3rd time around😀😀😀

Tyckte om: Aurelio and his family are wonderful hosts and make you feel right at home. The location is great and also cools down a bit at night since it's higher up in the mountains. Your tent can be placed under the canopy of trees/vines, there is a hot shower available and parking is on the premises.

Tyckte om: Perfect host - so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Great location for Amalfi. Ability to rent scooters even on a Sunday was invaluable. Lots of dogs which we love! Big pitch. Facilities cleaned regularly.

Tyckte inte om: Only one joint toilet and shower.

Tyckte om: De mooie locatie vriendelijke mensen en dat mijn hond daar gewoon vrij mag rondlopen ! En het eten in het restaurant was ook heerlijk !!

Tyckte inte om: Er is maar 1 douche en 1 toilet,nu waren er weinig bezoekers maar als het wel druk is lijkt het mij lastig !!

Tyckte om: Beautiful site surrounded by vineyards with amazing hosts! We booked onto the wine tasting which was fantastic, the hosts passion shone through and the home cooking was delicious! The wine was fantastic and we bought some bottles to bring home also. The hosts were also very helpful in suggestion routes and parking to get to the coast - parking Arlo who provides parking and shunt to the coast was great and would highly recommend if travelling with a campervan rather than attempting the very narrow coastal roads! The pitch itself was level and large with amazing views all around, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend.

Tyckte om: de vrolijke en behulpzame manager, een zeer mooie plek voor beperkt aantal campers dus niet teveel volk samen. De manager verwelkomde me hartelijk en gaf heel wat uitleg over de bereikbare toeristische attracties etc. De locatie zelf is schitterend, tussen de bergen. Wel wat moeilijk bereikbaar en een pittige rit. Hoewel enkele reviews melden dat er geen douche zou zijn, is dat ondertussen wel aangepast. er zijn 2 toiletten en 1 douche beschikbaar op het terrein.
