Camping Le Gué

Tyckte om Grandchildren loved the pool. Hosts were very helpful. Having a bar and cafe was good and we ate on our second night. Had problems with electric hook up as our cable not long enough but host provided and extension and when that didn't't work provided the correct adaptor. Visited Zooparc de Beauval which is great and fairly close - 25 minutes.

Nous tentons de faire le mieux possible pour maintenir la température des douches adaptée au désir de chacun mais nous ne visons pas toujours juste, sommes desolés pour ce désagrément. Regarding water, there is a fountain and a tap on the campsite that are accessible to everyone, and there is also drinking water in the dishwashing areas. We do not have any non-drinking water points on the camp site, so there must have been a misunderstanding.

Tyckte om Quiet site for an overnight stop with plenty of space on the pitch. The goats were ace, very entertaining. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Tyckte inte om The pitch had to be cleaned of litter and tent pegs before pitching and we couldn't use the pool because our swimmers were baggy. Speedos only! A bit outdated.

Tyckte om Lovely little campsite, just what was needed to refresh after a long journey and sleeping in lay-bys, the pool was an extra bonus!

Tyckte inte om The owners could not cope with people who were noisy for two nights. The swimming pool was closed just when we were there. It is not good when you book camping just because of pool and they closed the pool because they could not deal with children.
Also, they located us next to the BBQ area with the tent, I think is not good idea.
I think owners should revise their policy.

The swimming pool was closed for one day because the lifeguard wasn't there on Tuesdays. Remember, since you were on pitch 27, you saw them perfectly, one of the children from a large group was mentally and physically handicapped and without parental supervision. Opening the pool without a lifeguard would have been dangerous for the child. We are sorry to see that there are people who think of their own comfort rather than saving a child from drowning. We would like to add that our job requires us to move around the campsite, we're not stuck in front of the pool, we have to accompany customers, serve them at the snack bar, etc., which is why it's impossible for us to supervise children and why it's up to the parents. Once again, you've seen that the parents don't supervise their children.
Did you notice that the police came twice? Is that what you call not coping?
We welcome criticism, but only when it's constructive, not when it's misleading or insincere. What do you gain by writing your erroneous comments?
Ps you can reread our house rules and you'll see that children's swimming is the responsibility of their parents, not the campsite owners.
