Family-friendly (and dog-friendly too) Camping Saint-Michel is set in a spacious landscaped park, with plenty of greenery and flower-filled beds about the place. It has easy access to major attractions in both Brittany and Normandy – and is only 10 minutes’ drive from the medieval wonders of UNESCO-listed Mont Saint-Michel. But there’s masses to keep everyone busy on site. Kids can have lots of fun in the heated swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September) while you keep an eye on proceedings from the bar terrace, there’s a play area with bouncy castles for them to jump around on and activities at the kids’ club in high season. Older offspring may like to kick a ball around on the football field, challenge new-found friends to a game of pétanque or play ping pong. And few kids – whatever their age – will turn down the chance to meet the donkeys, wallabies, rabbits and chickens at the petting farm. Handy services for keeping the family well fed – and therefore happy – include a mini-market for stocking up on essentials, a bakery for the all-important daily baguette (please order the night before) and a takeaway service from the bar in July and August (not Mondays). A few practical details here: modern facilities include toilet blocks with hot showers, family washrooms, disabled access and coin-operated washing machines. Anything else that you need, just ask at reception.

Tyckte om Convenient location for Mt St Michel (10min drive), lovely clean site and very peaceful. The pool was clean and they have a nice bar/shop for food and ice creams etc. the play area was perfect for the little kids and there’s a little farm too.

Tyckte om Quiet site with welcoming staff. Nice swimming pool with a bar and restaurant overlooking the pool. Great location to head to Mont St Michel with decent facilities

Tyckte inte om Facilities were fine but not outstanding compared to others on our trip (no toilet seats, toilet paper at a premium, showers were often cold)
Restaurant was good food but a little pricey and no other options within walking distance. We were only there 2 nights and cooked one night and ate at the restaurant one night but other than that not much else around in the evenings.

Tyckte om The staff were really helpful and the pitches were really nice and the location was fantastic for an easy cycle to Le Mont St Michel.

Tyckte om Pool was lovely and facilities clean. Friendly staff was always ready to help! Fresh baguettes and croissants available to order every morning. Kids enjoyed the space and loved the goats! Lovely location.

Tyckte inte om Pitch was very small and hard to get a caravan into as the bushes and fences were overgrown and falling down. Pitch was very uneven and bumpy.

Tyckte om We loved everything! Huge pitch, fantastic toilet and shower facilities. Lovely pool and bar. Food fab and reasonably priced in the restaurant. Handy shop with a good range of goods. Beautiful area. The kids loved the petting farm. We enjoyed the visiting stalls for gifts and drinks.

Tyckte inte om No dislikes but maybe some evening entertainment one or two nights would be great!

Tyckte om This was a wonderful site, very friendly staff. Nice bar, restaurant and lovely (cold) pool. We had a pitch for our folding caravan van and tent, it provided lots of space per pitch. Lovely farm, loved the animals, park, activities and space on the site. Our electric did go off and the pool did get closed for an hour but both quickly resolved. Very close to st Mont Michel but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Showers very warm and nice !

Tyckte inte om Toilets a bit smelly and would have loved more French food on the menu ! Baby wash area needs a plug.

Tyckte om Lage in Nähe von Mont St. Michel, der mit Fahrrad in ca. 40 min auf einem Radweg erreicht werden kann. Möglichkeit morgens frisches Brot zu bekommen. Freundliches Personal.

Tyckte inte om Mehr Reinigungskräfte wären von Vorteil, Sanitäranlagen könnten sauberer sein. Gäste vermehrt darauf hinweisen, die Anlagen selbst sauber zu hinterlassen!!
