Camping Le Pont d'Allagnon

Tyckte om: The people who run the camping are wonderful: I'm quite inexperienced with motorhomes (both driving and maintenance!!), as this was my first trip, and they helped me with absolutely everything in the nicest possible way.
The site is in a beautiful place, close to nature and close to a town, as well, so it couldn't be better.
The camping is very large and has absolutely everything you may ever need. A wonderful place run by great people!!
I'll be back for sure :-)

Tyckte om: Very accommodating as we were a day late due to tyre issues.

Nice size pitches separated by hedges.

Beautiful setting and lovely walks.

Loved all the animals, goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks.

Tyckte inte om: Toilet / shower block not very nice. Cold, not very clean, not modern.

Pour les sanitaires ils sont vétustes non chauffés.
Avec la pluie c'est difficile de maintenir le sol des sanitaires et douche propre.

Tyckte om: Elsie loved the rabbits, the campsite was clean and had a very friendly/ relaxed feel too it.

Pool was clean and nothing to complain about :)

Great pizza van on site on Thursday nights!

Perfect for jumping on and off motorway

Tyckte om: Alle faciliteiten die de camping te bieden heeft. De rivier naast de camping waar je met een leuk bruggetje overheen loopt om naar het dorpje te gaan. De rust op de camping, heerlijk.

Tyckte inte om: The fact that most of the advertised amenities were out of use (eg goats on the mini golf area), that the welcome from reception was luke warm ( to say the least), the fact that we couldn’t have any chips on a Tuesday, that the pitches felt small and very overlooked!

The site is peaceful, clean and welcoming. We only stopped for a night on our way down to Spain but have already made plans to come back as there’s so much to do and see in the area and we’d love to have stayed longer.
Toilets/showers are clean and the little on site bar serves excellent local wine. It does food too but we didn’t try that.

Tyckte om: Loved the absolute simplicity of this place ...fantastic for the dog walk over the bridge to the bautifull river abd into the village or take her to open fields on tge other side
Small animal enclosure lovely people lovely atmosphere ❤️
