Tyckte om Lovely campsite, spacious, peaceful, no crowding, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Could not ask for more.
We booked at the very last minute (only the day before arrival in August!) so our choice of site was mainly down to what was available but we got lucky with Cae Lal. A great site and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Where do we even begin? Cae Lal isn’t just the best campsite we’ve ever stayed at – it’s one of the loveliest places we’ve ever visited, full stop.

The girls and I spent two unforgettable nights here, and from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave. There’s something really special about this place that you can’t put into words until you’ve experienced it for yourself.

The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve met. They welcomed us like old friends and even invited us to join in a birthday celebration, which made us feel like part of the Cae Lal family rather than just guests passing through.

The atmosphere around the site is incredible. Everyone was so friendly, relaxed and welcoming. There was a real sense of community that you don’t often find these days. (I may have stood out like a sore thumb compared with everyone else, but nobody made me feel anything other than welcome!)

As a parent, one of the biggest joys was being able to let the girls explore freely and safely. Watching them run around, make memories and enjoy the outdoors without a worry in the world was priceless. They absolutely loved every minute, and so did I.

The site itself is beautifully cared for. The facilities are spotless, everything is thoughtfully maintained, and you can tell how much love and pride has gone into creating such a wonderful place. It’s peaceful, welcoming and simply a joy to stay at.

Thank you for making us feel so at home. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We’ll be counting down the days until we can come back.

Tyckte om EVERYTHING!! From the minute of arriving Adam was amazing! This was a difficult stay for me as I lost my son to suicide in September and one of his friend's did the 3 peak challenge with the last climb at snowdon. I needed somewhere where I could just relax, recharge and (without judgement) forget for a while. The whole place was just incredible! So peaceful and soul finding. Unfortunately we left a night early but not because of the campsite. The showers, toilets, communal area, places to walk on site with my dog, the live stock, fantastic host, environmental friendly areas, recycling areas honestly the list goes on but it was incredible! I would highly recommend and I will be returning. In my opinion it is the perfect get away!

Tyckte om Friendly and welcoming staff, had everything we needed for our weekend away. Very well located, not too busy or too quiet and just really lovely all round. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Tyckte om Cae Lal left us utterly speechless and in awe. From the moment we arrived, Adam & Bethan, the hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We found ourselves submerged and surrounded in the magic of nature. Honestly you have to experience it to truly understand what we can't fully explain with words alone.
The campsite exudes nature and eco friendliness, with clean facilities and plenty of space to relax among dragonflies, butterflies, field mice and off course a couple of biting insects that come with the summer sun. It was so peaceful, and we really enjoyed spending time surrounded by nature. It is very clear that Adam and Bethan take great pride in their eco friendly site and we are so grateful to them for providing us such a beautiful space to detox and relax from everyday life stressers. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. We would most definitely highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature as it is meant to be.
