Tyckte om: A very welcoming site. Hannah was fabulous. Pitch was level. Amenities were good. Shower a bit small for my husband but fine. Loved the fire pit and great little exercise area for the dogs. Would recommend.

There is indeed a small section of narrow lane on the way down from the village but it's rare to meet anything coming the other way and people are very good at popping into the passing places for caravans. Tyckte om: Warm welcome, very friendly and helpful. Asked to swap pitch due to ground being uneven and this was accommodated without problem. Whilst out in the town we decided we would use the free fire pit that evening but hadn't bought any firewood. A quick call to the office and they left some out for our return back to the campsite after office closing time and were happy to settle up the next day :)

Tyckte om: Fire pits were a big thing for us! Liked the orchard with our dog! Very clean toilets, friendly staff & pitches were large Great to be Adults only!

Tyckte inte om: Was expecting it to be quiet & remote however this was not the case there was a lot of noise from about 7am from traffic to local businesses! This was fine after the working day was over! The evenings were very peaceful & great to watch the stars!

Från föreståndaren: We are glad you enjoyed your visit and made good use of the fire pits and the orchard. Whilst the day time can be quite active around the estate it is unusual for things to start up as early as 7 so we apologise if this disturbed you this time. We hope you'll come again!

Tyckte om: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Site, toilets etc very l Bono clean and well looked after.

Tyckte inte om: Toilet block not well thought out. There’s nowhere to put towels/washbag etc, basins too near to each other. Hardly any room to open the toilet door and squeeze in. I feel either the building should have been extended, or less toilets and basins put in. Not very user friendly. Could also do with a mat at the entrance. We were there during wet weather, and a mat would have kept the floor much drier and cleaner.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad you found the site to be clean and welcoming. We did have a tricky time designing the toilets in such a small space and some are narrower than others. We intend to improve the facilities again this winter with increased hooks and shelving to allow guests to store their towels and washing equipment more easily so it's useful to hear suggestions on this.

Tyckte om: The view over the fields, the lovely friendly staff, the nearby cider farm and wine estate, the peaceful atmosphere with very little noise and light pollution, and the firepits.

Tyckte inte om: The shower cubicles are small, with no communal area for hair drying/dressing etc... fine if you're in a large tent/motorhome with your own space but probably a struggle in a small tent.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your review- we're really glad you enjoyed the peace and quiet of Pineapple and the surrounding areas. The fire pits are always very popular with our guests so it's great to hear you made good use of those. Each shower has a hook for clothing and a fold down seat to provide a dry changing area. Unfortunately it would be unsafe to provide electric points for hair drying in there however there are sockets and mirrors in the toilets for that purpose. We love your photograph of your setup under blue skies!

Tyckte om: Lovely, safe, quiet site with good facilities. Showers excellent and good temperature with room to dress. Toilets clean. Good shop with essentials. Access fine with some narrow roads. Did not use fire pit but saw others doing so. Nice idea. Close to Bridport and Jurassic coast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely if you have a dog as well.

Tyckte om: Fantastic site. Very clean, staff friendly. In a peaceful, picturesque area just outside Bridport. Loved the fire pits that were available on each pitch to use. The only recommendation I have is that a few doggy waste bins around the site would have been good and maybe a few extra.showers. We will.l definitely be visiting again as soon as we can.

We try to keep dog waste in the main bins to avoid any smell etc around the site. Anywhere bins were placed would inevitably be near someone's pitch which could be unpleasant. We look forward to seeing you again for another visit soon.

Tyckte om: An extremely well run site. We will definitely be returning.Staff very friendly, great to have a little shop, they even sold hot drinks. Walking distance to the local cider farm which is worth a visit as is the The Hare and Hound pub. Great to hear the cows and sheep in the mornings.
