Tyckte om Lovely site, clean and tidy facilities, easy access in and out off site, just off main bypass so some traffic noise, however don’t let that distract you from beautiful lakes and animals onsite.

Tyckte inte om Facilities had an issue with water, however plumber attended and smoothly resolved the issue.

Our bathroom and shower block are cleaned daily and experience a large footfall of customers throughout the day. We appreciate that with the number of people using the facilities, they can become untidy between cleaning checks. We will continue to carry out our morning and evening checks and will also look at how we can maintain the facilities to a higher standard throughout the day.

We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We hope you will consider visiting us again in the future.

Very helpful staff.
Café looks good even though we didn't go in there.
Good tackle shop to suit all needs.
Cant wait to return.

Tyckte om Womens showers , dog field ,animals, play area, spacious pitch ,peaceful surroundings

Tyckte inte om Slippery floor in womens loos with no warning sign and i nearly fell ,mens showers no where to hang clothes etc,disabled loo always locked,cafe food very expensive ,no hose on water tap making it difficult to fill cannister ,no WiFi or info sheet

Our disabled toilet key is available at reception for the duration of your stay to keep this exclusive for our disabled customers. WiFi is available to our customers in and around our café area. Excellent food in the cafe and very reasonably priced.

The staff in the bait shop are great, big shout out to Nicola for helping us out.

Everyone was lovely and friendly.
