Tyckte om Well sized, clean warm showers. Nice flat area to pitch your tent and the site seems to be very well sheltered from the wind despite its high elevation…we were there at the tail end of storm Amy.

Tyckte inte om Can’t really think of any dislikes, if you are looking to pitch a tent in the area near the Pilgrims Way you can’t go wrong.

Tyckte om Lots of space and the grounds are well kept.

The showers and loos are very good, as each is an enclosed wetroom with its own shower loo and basin.

We have to agree regarding the A249; we would always advise avoiding rush hour if possible because of the heavier flow of traffic and we would advise campers also to turn left and go to the roundabout further down rather than cross the dual carriageway as in a larger camper or with a caravan on the back, you find yourself sitting there such a long time waiting.

Helped when required
Clean toilet block
Not much noise from airplanes as it is on a flight path
I would say it worth paying extra for power ( kettle is ideal )
Has a washer dryer room ( extra cost to use )

A few low light around the road so people can see they say to the toilet at night.

Tyckte om The location was lovely and quiet, there were a few other campers and motorhomes there but it wasn't over crowded at all. The facilities were very good, very modern and clean. A couple of Elsan points, a grey water disposal point, plus water outlets. Each pitch had a hook up grass or hard standing. There was a bit of noise from the nearby A road but only at rush hour. Good WIFI near reception. Would stay again.

Tyckte om Really lovely camp site well organised and clean. Good disabled facilities. We was given a pitch near the Facilities that was a last minute request. Brilliant customer service!
