Tyckte om Lots of space to play games or sit and chat with family, could park next to tent which is so important, dogs allowed to come along to join in on the fun.

The little pub is sweet and was a welcome break after putting the tent up on 34 degree heat!

The nearby walks were lovely, lots of cows to watch and little apple orchards. Quiet surroundings and most campers were quiet! I think we were unlucky to pitch next to a group of adults drinking and laughing until quite late but that’s not the fault of the site.

Campsite Dave was very helpful and always friendly.

There were only two toilets and two showers each for male and female. A few more for each would be much better as there were long queues at busy times.

Other than that there was nothing to dislike.

Tyckte om A peaceful site with plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere and a great setting for getting away from the usual routine.
The campsite is well maintained and was a great base for exploring the local area.
The onsite pub was enchanting and the horsebox selling coffee (some barista training recommended) and lite bites in the evening on weekends was a nice touch just a shame it was near the toilet and shower block!!!

Overall, an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Tyckte inte om The main area for improvement would be the toilet and shower facilities. They could do with some updating as extremely basic and often dirty and very smelly. Given the size of the campsite, having more facilities available would make a big difference, particularly at busier times.

Tyckte om Such friendly hosts! Nice warm water. Clean toilets. Shared fridges and a wash up sink much appreciated. The pub and butcher both very much worth a visit - though only intermittently open.

Tyckte om The camp site is really beautiful - lovely area for kids to play in, the micro pub was a lovely additional touch.
Very quiet.

Tyckte inte om When booking the campsite via Pitchup it was advertised to have a coffee van, this is the case but unfortunately this was not open during our stay and could not find any opening hours to suggest when it does open. As a tired mum of two this was disappointing!

Tyckte om Lots of space, clean facilities and a very friendly team to help with anything you need. A 3 minute drive to the village for supplies. Lovely and quiet.

Tyckte om Dave, the on-sight manager was fantastic.
The farm is very laid back and Dave asked if we’d rather have shade of an evening or morning, then letting us pick our pitch.
He helped deliver fire wood, a picnic bench, fire pit and also a generator to blow up our camp bed. He was great and so so helpful.
There is also a fridge/freezer on site which we found ideal. We did have someone take some of our beers out of the fridge and leave on the side but not much you can do about other campers!
Washing up area had one large sink. We could see if there was a queue from our tent so we waited until we walked over.
Onsite food and pub were fab as well.

Tyckte inte om Showers and toilets are very basic. Only 2 toilets seemed not enough.
Shop was not open on a Sunday.
