Tyckte om: Handy for trips into London but there is nothing really close ,so you would probably be better with some sort of transport for anywhere locally , although the site is close to public transport!

Tyckte inte om: Someone decided to start their engine at 04.10 and eventually left at 04.25 and it took me about an hour and a half to get back to sleep so I wasn’t very happy with that.

Lavanderia carina ma le asciugatrici sono vecchie e asciugano poco e male, fate rifornimento di gettoni in segreteria! Centro di Londra a mezz'ora tra bus e metro, non vicinissimo

Tyckte om: I was looking for somewhere cheap and quiet to stay at the end of February within easy travelling distance of London but not in a hotel and not in central London. This was perfect for budget accommodation. Would have camped but luggage limit on Megabus too little for a tent. Also there did not seem to be much choice of cheap sites for back packer tourists near London. There is a bus stop outside for Edmonton (and there always seemed to be a bus there waiting; service is every 5 minutes). Ponders End train station a mile away giving a service every 30 minutes to the centre of London. See local life on the busses of get there quick on the train. Site was basic and clean and no complaints. Suspect it could get noisy in summer though as wooden camping pods and tents would be quite close to one another but not many there in February so ideal for me. Site is out of the way from the nearest towns so feels like its the countryside.

Tyckte inte om: I had no dislikes and to be honest I could not have found a better site. A map of the tube stations in reception to take away would have been very useful. A second hook in the showers for clothes would be useful too and perhaps a plastic chair to sit on in the toilet/shower room. The street lights from the bus stop to the camp sites were not working and its dark by 7pm in February but only a short distance so bring a small torch so as not to trip over bits of bushes on the pavement.
