Fallowfield Dene Caravan and Camping Park

Tyckte om Facilities were spotless, easy to access and secure, electric hook up was very straight forward, staff were friendly and helpful, local amenities within a half an hour walk, and the park itself was beautifully kept. Excellent WiFi connection, too.

Tyckte inte om Handstand in pitch was loose gravel, our fault though, was our first time testing out our Campervan and we didn’t know what to expect the ground to be like. Now we know we would prefer a grass pitch.

Tyckte om Great pitches with gravel pitch, large stones, power on pitch nice and wide pitch, good sanitary block plenty of showers and toilets 5 x per gender of each. Gents shower were tepid only, a short term technical problem apparently.
Good facilities for grey and black waste and fresh water. Great location for Hexham and hadrians wall visits or walks.

Tyckte om We had a large gravel pitch close to facilities which were clean and modern. Close to Hadrians Wall. Staff were very friendly.

Tyckte om The roadway to the site is narrow with frequent tractor activity.
This is a typical woodland campsite Really well laid out with several areas catering for seasonal pitches. There are two tourist pitches, both well maintained and level. The central shower/service block is kept clean, a credit to the owners. A very quiet and calm site.
Lots of differing walks available, wooded, field tracks, and roadway. A walk (1.5 miles) down to the village pub can be achieved via a public path.
We really liked this site, exactly what we were looking for.

Tyckte om Quiet, well established, well organized peaceful campsite. Lovely landscaping to hide its size. Excellent showers and toilet facilities. Laid-back vibe. Felt like the best of forest based European camping sites.good location

Tyckte inte om Seasonal caravans felt a bit twee!! Like dachaus. Not for us but a good place to escape.
