Tyckte om: Camp site was well equipped, lots to do with young children. Facilities all available, and we got a complementary upgrade to electric pitch!

Tyckte inte om: We arrived just after reception closed and we were just pointed down the road by staff clearing up. Having never been to the site before we were unsure exactly where to go, but found our way eventually! Toilets and showers weren't cleaned as often as they stated they would be. Some toilets were out of paper the whole weekend.

Tyckte inte om: We didn't even get to go on our pitch due to it being compete waterlogged. We travelled for an hour and a half and all they said was you can go to one of our other sites ( which was another 40 minutes away) as we have no spare pitches. A phone call would of been better saying the pitch is waterlogged. Saving us travelling all that way for nothing. They have offered me a full refund which I'm still waiting for.

Tyckte inte om: Tent pitches in poor condition. Allocated one pitch that had a 2 metre long tyre hole and very muddy. Pitch number 2 flooded from underneath the tent. Turns out the whole site had the same problem. Staff not very helpful when we asked for an alternative as they didn’t have any that weren’t flooded.

Tyckte om: Pleasant location nice easy walk along the front by the sea, site was clean and tidy, very quite at the time we were there.

Tyckte inte om: Lack of personal touche from the wardens and staff, touring pitches were very cramped all packed in together in a small corner of the site felt as if we were kept away from the posher static homes, facility's quite at walk away, showers clean and hot but push button lasted about two second more less had to was with one hand, would not return or recommend to others.

Tyckte inte om: Size of pitches too close together. Definitely a fire hazard!! Amount of mud Only one toilet block far away from touring pitches. Not clean!!

Tyckte om: Easy to check in, food was good. Linked bingo. Close access to the beach and beach was clean. Great walks for the dog.

Tyckte inte om: Activity booking system was terrible, couldn’t book indoor swimming previous to stay. Not many activities for 4-7 year olds. We camped and toilets were situated near the caravans so quite a long walk for little ones if needed the toilet at night time. 3 out of the 5 showers were broken and couldn’t be used. Tiny cubicles for showering so if you had small children it was very difficult for both to fit in. Tent pitches weren’t level and had water running into the tent from the rain. Kids entertainment in the evening was only an hour long.

Tyckte inte om: We didn’t actually get to camp as it was water logged on the grounds we were allocated and no alternative given. Just to be cancelled so upset and disappointed. Then had to pay £200 for new accommodation wouldnt recommend and would like some type of incentive to book again some
