Tyckte inte om: Why this site is on pitchup I don't know, it's the worst site we have been on. The place to park was full of scrap caravans and rubbish. If it hadn't been so late we would have driven off. Avoid. Landlord will say get a life, I'm sure.

Tyckte om: You don't see this very often with motorhoming where you can get the level of entertainment the Victoria provided during our stay! Staff were helpful and welcoming and overall we had a lovely stay

Tyckte inte om: Everything! It’s like a scrapyard for caravans, campers and knackered boats! There is old junk and piles of scrap everywhere and it looks like some homeless people are occupying some of the decaying vans. Don’t even ask about the toilet facilities as I don’t want to put anyone off their tea. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Från föreståndaren: WHAT AN EXAGERATION !!!! you provide your own accomadation,was it that bad, we dont allow children on site, HOMELESS we have a few contractors staying here that work in the area but go home at weekends unless on overtime, customer service i stronghly disagree, have you got pictures to prove what your stating, I have a few small boats that are being restored ..NOT in the camping area, read the itinery of the site it states a portaloo with a shower and flush toilet, or use the pub facilities,its been quite acceptible by most people for a good while, read the reviews.... we say its a very basic site,ideal for just for a stopover, Cleanliness, nothing wrong with the camping area which is where you paid to stop over.. GET A LIFE

Tyckte om: The pub. My band was playing, so it was perfect that we could stay in the van overnight.

Tyckte inte om: Luckily we weren't camping, but those that were had very little choice of where to pitch. The site is safe and level, but is basically the pub overspill car park. There were several caravans there that looked like people lived in them full time.

Tyckte om: arrived Thursday night very busy biker night. when i first pulled up was a bit worried by the look of everything , but not a single problem for my two night stay . everyone was so friendly staff in pub , and yes hairy leather clad bikers can be friendly too ! its a no frills stop over site , went in the pub had a beer or two with the locals whilst watching live band ,on both nights ,once the pub closed the site was nice and quite .and was also quite during day ..

Wifi: None given ?????????? everything is in the itinery so you know exactly what to expect -------------- the singingi neighbour, yes ive heard him, hes terrible, hes since been told about it and promised to be quiet when he goes to bed if we let him stay again

Tyckte om: Friendly place, good ale, great weather, met some lovely locals. Close to town and supermarkets and walking/cycling paths

Tyckte inte om: Facilities are very poor and it’s a shame there’s no food available especially as it’s advertised on the windows! Car park is uneven with tree roots where the tourers stay.

Tyckte om: Nice quiet car park pitch with power bargain price. Only stayed to try out newly acquired camper, friendly welcome and no real stress. Good beer selection, didn't try the food. Pub itself is fairly basic but great covered outdoor area. It is a bikers pub so expect some motorbike noise, had a cheesy Billy Idol tribute the night we stayed which was an unexpected bonus and i would stay here again.
