Понравилось Overall lovely site, had a bay view pitch and we did have a good view of the coast and sea (although this did mean we were exposed to the wind, ok in a van, a tent may have been a bit more of a challenge). The facilities were among some of the best I have seen, modern and clean, with an indoor washing up area (what a treat!). the food vendors on site were also a great addition and saved cooking one night! Overall a good an enjoyable stay and I would be back!

Не понравилось Showers are non adjustable and set far to hot for my liking, there were points where it was genuinely burning hot, alongside a push button that only lasts 4 seconds (yes, I actually counted, every shower lasted a max of 4 seconds after button pushing) leads to a pretty naff shower experience, this needs changing, it is impossible to have a nice shower while having to use one hand to keep a button pushed down! The walk from the bay view pitches to the facilities is a little arduous, it’s not an unreasonable distance, but is uphill, didn’t bother us but worth noting.

Понравилось Peaceful, back to basics adults only campsite with all the facilities you could need, and kept nice and clean! Have stayed before and will be back again in the future I am sure! Slight issue with no hot water in evening, but I text the owners and they got back to me quickly were soon down and had the water going again for a nice evening shower! Lovely sunset as well, the view is especially enjoyable from one of the pitches at the back of the site!

Понравилось Lovely site with the most amazing views, the main draw of a site like this is the views and it certainly didn't disappoint. The facilities were top notch and never had to use anything dirty, showers were great (thank you for providing a shelf and four hooks, so many sites fall totally flat on this front!). I loved the little touches like nice shower gels, loo rolls, soap and washing up liquid/sponges. Plenty of facilities on the site and never had to wait even at peak times. The perfect rustic camping experience but with all the things you could need well provided! There was some patchy phone signal which was enough to send a few texts so that was ideal, otherwise, enjoy the site and the view rather than sitting on social media! A small note for anyone looking to stay here - Bring a good quality head torch, and remember to shower before sunset (not least so you can actually watch the most amazing sunset!), there is very limited lighting outside the loos and showers and none inside so a good torch is essential for a successful late night loo visit!

Понравилось Small, rural and relaxing campsite where you could choose your pitch! Showers were great, hot and brilliant pressure (don’t forget to grab your tokens from reception) loos were clean (although slightly limited, but never caused me an issue) Served as the perfect one night stopover for me and I enjoyed my time here far more than my other car enthusiasts I was meeting who opted for a tatty old Travelodge!

Понравилось Lovely campsite with great countryside views, staff were friendly and came round just after 8pm to check we were settled in and on pitch all ok, even went to the trouble to bring a bag of firewood for us outside of the shops hours! Showers were hot, temp adjustable, and had an on and off so no endless button pushing! Newly refurbed loos were lovely and the fridge/freezer/washing up area was ideal. Water on pitch is super handy and electric was as you’d expect. Site is also well situated to explore the coast, as well as the market on a Saturday morning at Bridport which was a lovely surprise. Will be back soon as never made it to cider farm this time!

Не понравилось Toilets were on the hole very clean so haven’t removed any stars, although my partner did mention the ladies could have done with an extra clean during the day as they were at times a bit dirty, possibly an extra quick top up clean might solve this when the site is busy. I had no problem with the gents or showers though!

Понравилось A truly brilliant campsite in a great location, I have stayed here twice now, and as soon as I leave I start thinking when I can next get back! Facilities are good and clean with plenty of hot water, pay as you go electric is perfect, especially when you only have a small van with a few things to plug in, much better than getting ripped off £10 a night at other sites. Pizza is excellent and just the ticket after hiking 15 miles when you can’t be bothered to cook! Finally the staff here are lovely, particularly Jake who even remembered me from my first visit, knew I was going solo this time and took the time out his day to chat to me and see what wonderful scenery I had visited, means alot to have people who care about your stay! See you again soon guys!

Понравилось Ashurst campsite, one of my all time favourites, been here so many times and it never disappoints, the staff are wonderful, the setting is great, always a lovely quiet pitch to be found, and the facilities are clean, plentiful and always have hot water!
