Понравилось Everything was fine with all of the facilities, we were there during a very hot period in June 2026, so things were a little dusty everywhere, but the site was still kept immaculately clean and tidy with the lovely planters all watered daily. The 10KW electricity allowance included in the site fees is a great idea, we originally planned to stay for One week but extended it to Two weeks as we enjoyed the site so much. We only used about 1-3 kw a day so well within the allowance.

Понравилось The tranquility was wonderful, we were just left alone to enjoy our couple of off-grid nights. Watching the bird life including red kites was brilliant. The trains occasionally passing was not a problem at all, and the ambient road noise no different to a lot of other sites. We will be back without doubt as it is in a great location for breaking up our journey when avoiding the M5 and M6 in the Midlands

Понравилось We have stayed here twice now and each time is as good as the last, reasonable costs for what you get particularly out of the main seasons. Such a well organised and well kept professional site in a great location. We will be back.

Понравилось Locality is great, having power and water at the pitch is fab. The chemical waste disposal point is exactly as expected and has a decent rinse water pressure. The site is very basic as described, and suited us fine for 4 nights, we were lucky to get a hard standing pitch with gravel almost to the pitch, as other pitches need to be accessed via grass, and motorhomes like ours are notorious for lack of grip on grass that is not bone dry. Just something worth bearing in mind in and being prepared for.

Понравилось Just perfect for our early season getaway, we are here in early March and the place is spotless, despite the battering this area has had over the winter. Our pitch is great for watching and listening to the local birds and wildlife, the staff at reception were lovely and the chap who showed us to our pitcg all very professional the facilities are top notch

Понравилось Great reception from nice staff, the weather was cold and rough but the site was not. Perfect fo an early year get away in an area with plenty to explore

Понравилось Tain Y Coed never fails to make us feel welcome, the facilities are basic but suit our needs perfectly. The views are ace and the owners are very friendly.

Понравилось An absolutely perfect site for our style of traveling. Very quiet with great view's, and lots of bird life to watch also. The local village has a great spar shop with cheap fuel and a couple of nice pub/eateries. Access to the site is brilliant just off the main road, but the pitches are far enough away as to be undisturbed by road noise. The owner was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know. Facilities are minimal but fresh water filling and toilet emptying is available. That is all we personally need so fantastic. To get to and from the mainland is very simple with only a 10 minute drive along the A5025. We are looking to return in the very near future.

Понравилось Loved our second visit to this fantastic site, and it will not be our last. The most serene and peaceful place you could imagine. We absolutely love watching the antics of the livestock, and other bird and animal life around the site. Hearing the odd whistle of the steam trains from the West Somerset Railway is fantastic. We loved it so much we stayed over for an extra couple of days. The owner made us feel so welcome, we do not usually go back to places repeatedly, but we will no doubt be revisiting this site.

Понравилось What a fantastic site. We stayed an extra day as it was so good making it 8 days in total. The facilities were like new and very well maintained. The "pay as you go" electric hook up was brilliant. The Owner was very welcoming and keen to promote the local area. We asked if we could use the fantastic lake to launch our model boat and it was fantastic. The location is perfect for visiting York, and we also visited Scarbrough for the day. We doubt if we have ever stayed on a more peaceful site. It was great to watch the local wildlife enjoying the location as much as us. A huge positive yes from us.

Понравилось The quietness of the site was fantastic, in a lovely location. It was raining whilst we were there in March 2024 but the pitches proved to be well drained. The facilities were up to expectation, with everything in working order.

Понравилось Everything was just perfect. We stayed for 4 nights over the festive season 2023 on a fully serviced pitch, the weather was wet and windy, but everything was perfect with the site, from a very nice welcome to everything working as it should during our stay. Great free wifi and good tv and mobile telephone signals.
