Не понравилось Toilets really old , we couldn’t use them in the morning, because all of them were blocked.

The toilet block was cleaned early on Sunday morning, at approximately 7am, specifically to ensure the facilities were clean and ready for guests before departure, as all guests leave the site on a Sunday. Unfortunately, sometime after this, another guest appears to have emptied the contents of a portable toilet into our toilets. This blocked the system and left the facilities in an extremely unpleasant condition. Sadly, nobody contacted us to let us know there was a problem. We were therefore completely unaware of the situation until after 11pm, once the final guests had left the site. As soon as it was discovered, the blockage was cleared within five minutes and the majority of the toilet block was immediately returned to use. While we completely understand how unpleasant it must have been to encounter the facilities in that condition, this was an exceptional situation caused by the inconsiderate actions of another guest rather than a lack of cleaning or maintenance on our part. Had we received a simple text, phone call or even a comment while you were on site, we could have dealt with it there and then, just as we did once we became aware of it. Unfortunately, we cannot rectify a problem that has not been brought to our attention.
