Nice location near to Nantwich to visit our daughter there. Large pitches and plenty of room and areas for walking the dog.

Shower/toilet block is very small (2 showers) and the showers are ok-ish but for the size of this site a bigger better block would really make a difference. Couldn’t use the grey water disposal area as cars had parked on it.

The facilities were excellent. Lovely and clean. The owners friendly. Pub just offsite and a burger van near the site entrance on a weekend. The pitches were level and well maintained and the site super tidy.

Nice facilities and staff, good size pitches and pleasant location.

Noise from some construction work in the adjoining field. Started before 8 in the morning and went on all day. Obviously this is for the development of the neighbouring site, but it was a bit of a shock when we were expecting a lie in!

Water tap on our pitch for ease of filling up our water tank and separate electricity hook ups with clear numbers easy to see, staff on site were very helpful.

This is our first time caravanning and our first time at this site. Without a doubt this is a great first site. It's clean and well managed. we found the site nice and relaxing. so much so we have booked again for next month.

Ignore the couple of poor reviews, this is a superb site and one we will certainly visit again in the future. Friendly welcome, site is immaculate and great direct access to the canal for walks into Audlem. Quite a few seasonal pitch occupants during our stay and everyone was really friendly. I think the only thing missing is perhaps an area where you could let your dog off for a quick run.

I can see a few people have commented previously on this, and no doubt I might get shot down but this is an honest comment. The male toilet floors were not cleaned once during our stay, the mop bucket remained in exactly the same place(as did the wet floor sign) with the same dead insects in front of it from arrival to departure.
One final thing, the crazy lights situation in the toilets. Big sign instructs everyone to turn off the lights when leaving the toilets, this is a bad idea as showers are fully enclosed and pitch black when people leave and turn off the lights, be it day or night time and really needs addressing. On 2 occasions whilst showering I had to go back outside to turn on the lights. It really needs motion sensors or individual light switches in each of the shower/toilet cubicles as as well as being an annoyance, its actually quite dangerous, never seen such a setup before. I'm all for energy saving but it requires changing. As I said, great site and hopefully the owners take the small negatives in a positive fashion to only improve on their already great offering.

We are new to motor homing this was our first trip out. What an amazing site this is. The staff just couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The facilities are fantastic and always very clean. The food they serve is delicious. The clubhouse was great fun of an evening. We would highly recommend this site. Thank you for having us stay.

Grass needs slightly cutting

Pitched the tent up to find a slight hole in grass so was alittle uncomfortable when sleeping but easy to find if grass was cut

No monitoring of noise after 10 still music and kids running round at 12am

Opening times none listed hardly open

when buying a toy for my 2 year old son at the shop it breaks after one go as it’s cheap plastic. I new it was cheap but it’s what he wanted. I took it back to swap it but was told no. Not paying again it’s the principal he is only 2 years old.
