This was my children’s 1st time camping. They all loved it, all the tents where at a reasonable distance apart, water was close, everyone was very friendly. As a parent the thing that I liked was that they came round and asked for all the kids to go back to their own tents at around 10pm so as not to disturb others. You could go on a short walk or drive to the local marina 2 minutes drive 5/10 minutes walk, at the marina there was a charity boat that you could go on to the local village that would take you there and back. My children's age range is from 9 to 17 and they all loved it.

Sunny side touring park is in an excellent position. The walk along the Grand union canal to the nearby village is very interesting and the glorious sunny weather made it all the more enjoyable. There is the stagger inn that provides refreshments along with entertainment and there are 3 lakes on the property that are available to fish at an extra cost. The site owners were very welcoming and fixed our electric hook up very quickly when it was not working. The site has clean showers and toilet block.

The fact that people are reminded by a notice to turn the light off in the shower block when leaving. If you are in the shower you are left in pitch black.

We loved the utilities available and the toilets were so clean! The people who own the place are lovely and we were shocked when he hand delivered our food to our tent they were so nice and helpful! The foods lovely and the bar has a nice atmosphere we played bingo and won we had a ball would definitely recommend to anyone even without kids.

None really. Although not much to see outside the site.

We liked the grass pitch which was fairly level, the overall site was very well kept and clean. The little food van near the entrance is a great little food offering, especially as we got there slightly later than planned, and saved us cooking. The shower block is clean and the showers are fairly spacious, and again clean. Staff were very helpful.

There wasn't really anything to dislike, maybe just a couple of suggestions. When staying in the bottom field, the waste options are a fair trek away. There were only two showers, and considering the size of the site I feel a couple more would be a great option.

Facilities were great, including shop, cafe, bar and toilet block - clean showers and modern/clean dishwashing room. Host team were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Pub had entertainment on Fri and Sat. Very pleasant walks close by.
