as we booked adults I couldn’t believe how many children were on the adults only part of the site

The openess of the pitches and the space in front of them. The fully serviced pitch. The lovely lady at reception gave us the opportunity to chose from the adults only field we had booked, or the family field. I'm quite glad to be honest. The adults only field was backing on to the children's playground and opposite the pitch was the pub, so it wouldn't have been the quietest! But the toilets and showers were immaculate, as was the rest of the building. The site itself was beautiful, picturesque and so quiet after 10:30. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

The odd smell of drains in the evening. (though I am putting this down to the heat and possible standing water in the drains) Wifi was very poor, but it didn't really bother us as we aren't on holiday to play on our phones

Really well kept park that is constantly evolving. Nice pub on site and some decent walks close by.

Good catering van for breakfasts and adequate shop for fire pits, snacks.

Lynn and co do an excellent job.

Pub food is over priced but didn't mine paying the price for the odd meal.

The pitch that we booked was not the one we were given after complaining to staff on site we were told there’s nothing they can do and said pitch up were to blame for advertising a pitch that no longer is available due to seasonal caravans being given them

What a friendly site, all staff and seasonal residents are lovely and chatty, really felt welcome. Shower room is ok, two showers and 3 loos. Lovely walk to lakes and pub onsite, and along the nearby canal, beautiful! Safe site, gates are shut at night

When in the shower, the light kept getting turned off by residents as there is a sign by tbe door, lights need to be on a sensor system. If on hard stand, bring good pegs!

We had a super time at Sunny Side over the Bank Holiday weekend, restored our confidence in camping after a pretty traumatic experience on our previous camping weekend! (Not at Sunny Side!). Really well set up and run with friendly staff. Daughter loved it and made lots of new friends around "The Big Tree"! Definitely will be back, well done everyone!

Only a couple of very minor maintenance issues which is perhaps to be expected towards the end of the long summer holiday; certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment

Had such a lovely weekend camping. Plenty of space for kids to play. Lovely walk to marina to get Audlam Lass boat into Audlem. Toilets and showers were clean. Showers were hot. WiFi available and never lost connection.

The noise of the hand dryers in middle of night. Our tent was in a great position for the toilet block but drawback was the powerful hand dryers going off through the night.
