From the moment
we sent foot in the place we knew it was right for us. We had a relaxing few days there. We couldnt fault it in any way.The staff were alway there if needed and full of knowledge of the local area .the whole place was immaculate. It was a great place for our dog to excerise and also rest .lovely place to take him on long walks etc we will book again .lovely people

Location : the view from our pitch was incredible. Woke up in the morning to gorgeous hills and fog. So close to hay-on-wye too.
Price: I’m really happy with what we paid and what we got in terms of location, friendliness, facilities.
Facilities: amazing showers! Super clean, actual walk-in shower with curtains within its own toilet cubicle. and hairdryer !!!!

Really lovely people welcomed us in and showed us where our pitch was. The facilities were good and clean. The views are stunning and it was wonderful to wake up in such gorgeous surroundings.

Although it states on the website that the site is slightly sloped I would say it's more than slight. It made it difficult to sleep as we were rolling down the hill.

It's a lovely venue with great facilities. Owners are lovely and happy to give out advice.

Showers although warm, go off after 10 seconds which is slightly irritating.

It does back onto a road so can get quite noisy but it's occasional

First time visiting this campsite, the friends we went with have been before and I’m happy they asked us to come along for their next visit! We stayed for 4 nights and I’m sad we couldn’t stay for longer! The site was fabulous; nice and tidy! The site facilities were lovely and clean, always stocked with hand towels, hand wash and toilet tissue!

The staff were friendly and very helpful to - I forgot a dustpan and brush and they were happy for me to borrow there’s for our stay!

We stayed on the non electric side and it was great! The pitch was cut nice and short and we had our own space with wild flowers surrounding! The two under 4s we had with us loved the space and they were free to run around and had use of the play equipment to! We had a little walk around a few times to tire the kids out and walked through the orchard and herb gardens and helped ourselves to an apple from the apple trees!

Overall, a great stay, with great company and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

What a fantastic camping site! One of the best we've ever been to! Beautiful scenery with farm fields with cows and sheep! Quiet, peaceful and beautifully maintained. Lovely grass pitches, and all sorts of thoughtful touches, like ice block freezer, and a phone charging rack. The toilets and showers were out of this world. I've never seen such clean facilities. Amazing. Tracey was so friendly and helpful at check in, as were other staff. We will certainly be back in the future!
