Second visit. Quality site, friendly owners, great attention to detail and cleanliness. You children enjoyed the Easter egg hunt!

The site is immaculate with real attention to detail when it comes to keeping everything looking neat and tidy. We were met on arrival and shown to our pitch (actually given a choice of pitches and told to choose what we preferred). The couple managing the site are very friendly and helpful. The shower / toilet facilities are the best we’ve used at a campsite. Spotless and modern. The site was quiet when we were there, so the whole experience was very peaceful. We found some lovely walks in the area and did the walk to Hay a couple of times (for the shops and pubs). Also drove to Brecon and found some great walks around there. We will definitely return. Would thoroughly recommend for those that like hilly walks in beautiful countryside.

Absolutely pristine campsite. The owners are very friendly and work so hard to keep it looking so pretty and so clean and well kept. It's in a gorgeous and quiet location with wonderful views. The showers are modern, clean and lovely and hot! Short trip into Hay-on-Wye which I could easily visit every day for a year! We have booked to go back later in the year. Would definitely recommend

The space and cleanliness is top notch. This site is one of our favourites.

Just wish the showers had detachable shower heads to reach your nooks and crannies.

Myself and my boys have been to quite a few places camping and have to say this is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at. From the toilet/shower blocks to garden maintenance, every inch is very well maintained and the attention to detail there goes a long way. We had everything we needed to enjoy a simple camping trip. We will definitely return soon !

Superb site. Well organised with wonderful facilities. Shoer/toilet block was new, spotless and the best we have used.

Loved everything… firstly we received a warm welcome on arrival which was lovely. The toilets and showers were spotlessly clean and in a lovely little wood cabin. There is a park central to the touring pitches so I could watch our little one play at all times. Lovely sized level pitch with plenty of room around them. We loved our stay and will definitely be back .

We had such a lovely stay here. We arrived after dark to a beautiful star-strewn sky. We had been kindly upgraded to a hard standing pitch due to the wet ground so this made things much easier for us. We met the owners the next day and they were so friendly. So much thought had been put into the needs of campers, such as the availability of barbecue bricks and levelling blocks for vehicles. There were plenty of facilities for recycling and waste of all kinds and even some washing up liquid - very handy as we'd forgotten ours! Perhaps the best bit was that the wash/toilet block was not only nice and clean - and you got your own little space with toilet, sink and shower - but it was also heated! Pure luxury! I warmed my towel on the radiator which was SO cosy! Just the thing for late October camping! The site was peaceful and beautifully kept too. Highly recommend.
