The views are amazing, horses anre running in the field next to the site and the park is right in the middle of the electric pitches so kids and run free whilst still keeping and eye on them. Alan and Tracy who run it are very friendly and on hand to recommend places in the area.
Pitches are well spread out, also well maintained, toilets were kept clean and they are private cubicles.
co-op is about a 10 minute drive in HOY, or you’ve got a shop/garage that’s less than 5.As first time campers we couldn’t have picked a better spot.

The site had great location only 7mins away from hay-on-wye. The view from the site was amazing. They had a room that had a freezer that you can use, in that room had a dedicated phone/power block charging. The site was clean, owners cleaned up most morning.

Red kites flying low overhead. Good children's play area. Organised so pitches are all oriented towards the play area so felt very safe. The lovely manager kept stopping to include our 3 year old and wave when she was showing others to their pitches or driving past - which was really lovely.
The pitch itself was fab, really spacious, picnic bench, electric hook up and water at the pitch which was a treat!
Shower facilities were also clean, spacious, well supplied and we're cleaned twice whilst we were there for 2 nights so can't get better than that.Не понравилось: I have no negatives, the only thing I would say is that if you are looking for a campsite that will give you privacy the family area isn't for you, but the wild camping meadow would give you that.
