We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your pitch and the wet ground conditions. Following recent spells of wet weather, some areas of the park have been more affected than usual, but we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when setting up. Your comments about pitch allocation have been noted and will be reviewed to help improve future stays.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the size of the showers and the number of facilities available. This is something we will review as part of our site improvement plans.

Regarding the arcade, we completely understand how inconvenient it is not having access to cash on-site. We are currently exploring options to introduce a contactless change facility to make things easier for our guests in future, although we don't yet have a confirmed installation date.
