Near Newquay

Not allowed on site until after 3pm. No staff around when we arrived (3.30pm). Pitches to close to each other.
Very loud music from people in nearby tents.
Showers filthy. No bus stop to Newquay although plenty of room for a bus to pull in.

All the fun in the price of the pitch.
Absolutely loved and well used Leisure pass on our stay. We went for swim twice, played mini golf, our boys went to soft play once as well and it was all included in the price.
Toilets were clean, people running the place were very nice and friendly, our stay (even though short) was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Did not have enough time to find something, except the weather 😉

Close to the play ground, swimming pool was large and we had it to ourselves, soft play and distance to toilets.

Showers and hot water in toilets always just aired, ended up showering at the swimming pool.

Can’t understand extra awning fees when pitch is a set size!

Lack of evening entertainment in the pub on site

Customer service was great everybody smiley and happy in there work which goes along way in my book
We camped electric hook up on Crantock field and facilities were great toilets and washrooms always clean and tidy
Crazy golf included was great fun and included in price as was booked indoor swimming session
We paid for the slip and slide which is located on site although separate to Atlantic Reach and was not disappointed
Overall a nice stay and great value for money

Proximity to beach it’s around a 15 minute drive to beach so a car is a must as buses run sparingly

With the unpredictable weather it was fantastic to be able to have access to the teen den, pool tables in the leisure centre/bar room, and the swimming pool was great! My daughter perfected her swimming and enjoyed it very much.

The guy who told us to pitch told us to park behind our tent, when our neighbours changed they stuck their car in the spot we parked leaving us with no space because the pitch on the other side pulled their guidelines right into out area. Making sure the pitches are done properly for all users will save a lot of hassle, suggesting makingbup one pitch to another. We were luckily leaving the next day but packing up was horrendous because we had to navigate around the neighbours lines in OUR pitch! The other frustrating thing is the Toilets keeps running out of water, and we had to trek to other toilets and showers when it happened.

The site was lovely. Nice and flat for the tent. Great welcome, lovely man showed us to our pitch and gave us a full run down of what is on the site. 20 min drive into Newquay, as the traffic is pretty bad near Quintrel downs. Only downfall is the bar on site, massively over priced and I think thats why there was not many in.

Great location - so near to Newquay and Holywell beach.
We loved the swimming pool and it was great to have the parks and tennis courts.
The toilet block we were near was nice.

The pitches were quite close and there wasn’t a lot of space between them. So not much privacy.

Great site with plenty to do. Good spacious pitches in a lovely quiet location

Asked for a quiet pitch due to my son having additional needs- request met no trouble! Perfect pitch & such a warm welcome. Staff always about, stopping to say hello & make sure we were all okay. Excellent facilities. All kept nice and clean. Lovely little pub on site. A perfect base to go and explore Cornwall's beautiful beaches (not a long car drive) very dog friendly site. Kids enjoyed the teen den, slip & slide & swimming. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Thanks Atlantic Reach for the memories 🥰
