Somló Stellplatz

Easy to book on Pitch Up

Nobody on site and the owner emailed to say I wouldn't get the access code till I pay the balance by bank transfer. Would make more sense if the whole fee could be paid on Pitch Up.
On the Pitch Up website it says can pay by card on arrival but nobody was there. In fact we wondered if it was the right place as it was deserted. Also they wanted an IBAN transfer which would've cost me £25 bank fee.
We left the site didn't reflect the pictures either.
Booking was cancelled as we had to wild camp at Somlo Point

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced; had you notified us of your arrival on-site, we would have sent you the entry code, and if you had preferred not to pay via bank transfer, you could have simply dropped the cash amount into the on-site mailbox. Based on your feedback, we have enabled direct online payment on pitchup.com, so bank transfers or on-site payments will no longer be necessary, as the balance can now be settled online at the time of booking. We hope you will visit the beautiful Somló hill again.

Je to v polích.

No nic extra domluva.

От менеджера: Děkujeme za vaši zpětnou vazbu.
