Понравилось The view of the valley.

Не понравилось Being told we had to pay for electric and showers were extra to what we paid. I did pay on booking for the electric and after showing the old lady she told me it was the wrong price and tried to charge me more. Recycling was a joke. Bins all overflowing. Noisy oompah music in the evening. We were given a tiny pitch and told to keep to the right as more people were coming in. We did then a german motorhome took 2 pitches by parking sideways on.
Nowhere to empty waste water.
No hose for clean water. (Used my own)
The rest of the site were mainly fixed static caravans.
Not very welcoming at all.

Will not stay there again and will not recommend.

it is correct, that you have to pay for shower and electricity separately, as told within pitchup.
You booked the hook-up but the consumption will be on top.
But this we explain very clear also during the check-in-process.

Normaly our place is very quiet, but on the weekend you visited us, was a celebration of brass band music (one day per year!! 364 days quiet ;-) ).

We are not allowed to offer a hose for clean water - to provide this is strictly forbidden by the local public health department. Sorry for that.

Понравилось Sehr schöner Campingplatz mit vielen Möglichkeiten von dort aus etwas zu unternehmen. Wir haben den bus genutzt und sind mit der App, welche man herunterladen kann, gut zurecht gekommen und waren eine woche lang gut mobil in der umgebung. Durch den walser pass (kurtaxe) war dies kostenlos.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend.
Ein Spielplatz steht zur Verfügung und in dem Spielraum im Haupthaus steht genug Spielzeug für Kinder zur Verfügung. Unserem Sohn (7 jahre) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich und steht täglich zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

zunächst tut es mir leid, dass Sie den Eindruck von unserem Platzwart haben. Dies ist in der Regel nicht der Fall.
Leider haben Sie uns bei Abreise auch nicht darauf angesprochen, sodass wir uns nicht direkt entschuldigen konnten.

Etwas schade ist, dass Sie nun den gesamten Aufenthalt nur mit 1 Stern bewerten, obwohl sie ja selbst schreiben, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat....
Denn damit haben Sie ja jetzt nicht nur den Platzwart entsprechend bewertet, sondern das gesamte Team.

Ich bin mir auch sicher, dass man die Angelegenheit in einem persönlichen GEspräch schnell klären hätte können.

Понравилось Super freundliche Betreiber / Angestellte, wir durften sogar weit nach CheckIn-Schluss noch auf den Platz!
Es gibt es alles, was man braucht: Außer dem Waschhaus mit Kochmöglichkeit auch einen Brötchen-Service, ein Restaurant, einen Essen/Getränke-Automat, Spielplatz Aufenthaltsraum, Spiel-Raum...
Die Lage ist super für verschiedenste Aktivitäten (mit Rad, Wandern...), die Bushaltestelle für den etwa 15-Minuten-Weg nach Oberstaufen (bzw. andere Richtung Österreich) ist direkt am Campingplatz.

So in fact you got, what you booked.

If you would have let us know on site that you booked the wrong one and that you are not happy, we would have been able to offer you another pitch.

Unfortunately, you didn't tell us....

Понравилось Pleasant, quiet spot with good free transport links to attractions.

Понравилось Nothing.

Не понравилось AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your money or time! The spaces are inadequate and do not match the description. The areas given are not suitable to sit outside of your van as it is a gravel road with banks either side. The man who greated us was very rude and unhelpful when expressing that the area is substandard. This lead us to leaving and not spending the night. I tried reclaiming the funds spent to stay the night as the service was not provided, they have claimed that due to us not expressing my issues with them directly (I did tell the man who met us so this is incorrect) they are unable to provide a refund. They should not be providing this service as the site is not set up for it.

You booked and were assigned a reserve pitch. It matches the description.
If you were expecting a different pitch, I’m sorry… but you can’t book the cheapest category with us (6 euros per pitch!) and then expect a full-fledged camping site!
My colleague asked you to come to the front desk. Unfortunately, you didn’t do that.
You drove on without providing any information. We didn’t realize you were gone until 4 hours after your departure, when you canceled via email!
If you had come to the front desk, we would have:
1. tried to give you a higher-quality spot that you would have liked
2. if you still hadn’t liked it, offered a free cancellation and refunded your money in full.

You neither communicated with us nor informed us. As a result, we were unable to re-rent the pitch – which is why we refused to refund the amount!

We cannot understand why you simply left, then demanded your money back, and ultimately left such a review. If you had communicated with us, we would certainly have found a solution.

And last but not least, you claimed to Pitchup that we were overbooked and therefore couldn’t provide you with a spot. That was simply a false accusation, one for which we had to defend ourselves.
You didn’t enjoy your stay with us—that can happen—but please let us know openly and honestly, rather than making false claims afterward.
We’re truly accommodating, but this kind of behavior leaves us with no options.
