Care Ashore Campsite

Понравилось Hard standing pitch was great with a nice grass area. Kitchen and toilet were clean and tidy.

Не понравилось The shower shack showers were cold.

Понравилось A small and quiet site. Good price.

Не понравилось Lack of detail in email communications and poor signage on site meant it was not clear that we were in the right location. Toilet and washing facilities are basic and dated.

Понравилось Very quiet basic site suited us for the night , bar available in main building so all good

Понравилось The site was quiet and peaceful and the spaces were large.

Не понравилось The 2 showers would only go really cold and really hot and there wasn’t much privacy. Arrival was a bit strange because I wasn’t given a pitch number, so just had to guess.

Понравилось Beautiful site good basic facilities. Loved the spacious surrounding countryside.
Good value.
Water close by. Very different site people friendly.

Не понравилось In flight path to Gatwick Airport! (A bit interesting a little noisy at night not a lot can be done).
Bracket broken holding men’s shower up little poor on site maintenance.

Понравилось The setting for the campsite was beautiful, we loved exploring the grounds including the Japanese garden with fish to watch and the woodlands. Plenty of space, and the pitches were a great size and flat. Washing up space was clean and tidy. A great site that we would definitely return to if in the area. Everyone seemed to find a pitch easily, and there were no issues with the check in/pitch up process.

Не понравилось Shower shacks were a lovely idea but not for us! Couldn't quite get the temperature right. We just used the showers in the main toilet block instead.

Понравилось Great site, good pitches. Mostly quite.

Не понравилось Noise after 10pm from glamping field.
Toilets too far away for my disabled husband so he had to use car every time.
