Понравилось: Great view and nice toilets, showers and kitchen area for anyone to use. Plenty of
Space for the kids to run around and a slide for them to play on.

Не понравилось: Unfortunately it was a very windy weekend and you are quite exposed being on the slope so it was very noisy night. Can't control the weather though and on a calm day I think it would have been lovely.

Понравилось: Location , cleanliness, facilities, easy check in .

Не понравилось: Due to amount of people on site, two washroom cubicles (shower,sink, toilet in same cubicle) I feel was not adequate. As there was alot of families with children all using the two available, causing a queue. More would be beneficial, It looks like there were two more originally, but they have been upgraded to private use with two of the pods on site.
Yes there were two additional just toilets in the campsite , but were also constantly in use.
Also a additional washing up area would be beneficial.

Не понравилось: Literally a farmers field in the middle of nowhere. Said 3 miles outside Whitby (actually 7.5)

От менеджера: I am extremely sorry that you didn't like our site and that you felt it necessary to leave such a damning review without any prior contact with ourselves.
We are a small campsite on a farm; just as described when you make a booking. 5 miles to Whitby via the B1416 or Robin Hoods Bay in the opposite direction, and only a 10 minute walk to Falling Foss Waterfall, Tea Garden and the abundance of popular walks in Sneaton Forest, so not quite 'the middle of nowhere' although our rural location is just one thing that makes our site so appealing to most, another is our spotlessly clean and well equipped amenity block, which you could have experienced had you chosen to actually stay.

Понравилось: The views are gorgeous, the toilets/showers/facilities were clean & well stocked. The campsite was really lovely & peaceful, and it’s an amazing place to watch the sunset as you settle down for the night. It’s really clean & the grass is lovely & well kept. It’s a massive bonus that dogs are allowed on site too!

It’s also really close to Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We will be returning without a doubt! :)

Не понравилось: One of the only things that we found a bit tricky was carting all the camping supplies back and forth as you can’t park next to your pitch, but they do provide handy wheelbarrow wagons to help, so not a major issue!

The site is also on a hill, so you are pitched a little slanted downhill, also not a massive issue and didn't put us off, but did make it a bit more challenging for sleeping.

Понравилось: The view and the amenities - microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery to use, sockets and showers. Great to be so close to lovely woodland walks suitable for the kids and to Falling Foss.

Не понравилось: Sloping site/pitches.

Понравилось: Lovely site with lovely views. The amenities were perfect. Nice little shared kitchen with all you could ask for. Showers were clean & hot. The Falling Floss waterfall close by was pretty & enjoyed a day in Whitby & Robin hoods bay.

Не понравилось: Just a little more pressure for the water in the shower would be great but certainly not a deal breaker.

Понравилось: The views were amazing. It was walking distance to falling foss and little beck nature reserve. The showers and toilet were close and clean

Не понравилось: Although clean, the shower was bad because there was hardly any pressure and not hot. Also as we are new to camping the slope on the pitch was not great to maneuver.

Понравилось: We loved the light touch of the owners...all contact completed by text. The site, although on a hill, the pitches are around the edge of the small field and a relatively flat...ish. the view is fab. We like the no car rule on the camping field, the car park is close by. The facilities are new, and clean, the kitchen is an asset.

Не понравилось: The showers were warm at best and the water pressure is too low, this should be improved or this makes them redundant!

Понравилось: Beautiful spot, close to one of the water falls we wanted to see as well as being within 20 minutes of numerous other spots we wanted to visit.
Clean site and facilities

Не понравилось: Only downside is not being able to park next to your pitch but this really was a minor detail
