Hanworth Country Park

Понравилось The pitches are a really good size we were on an electric hard standing. The campsite is very clean. We didn’t use the toilets and shower so can’t comment on those. The swim lake looked very clean. The club house looked really nice. And inviting.

Не понравилось Only thing I didn’t like is the fresh water is with the elson point. Whitchurch I find not nice but that could be just me.
Also I think Wi-Fi could be offered free

Понравилось Proximity to Lincoln.
Great restaurant and bar ( although no real ale)
Nice flat pitches.
Great for walks around the fishing ponds.
Friendliness of reception staff.

Не понравилось Toilet/ showers ( unisex ones) were barely useable. The rooms were in need of a deep clean- everything was grubby at best. They were also smelly.
Water temperature was distinctly cool.
We visited last year and thought the site had potential- but that seems to have got lost somewhere.
Even the newer showers seem to have been done with cost not comfort in mind.
Such a shame- I didn’t see any improvement from last year- even the swimming / paddleboard lake seemed half hearted- I didn’t see anywhere where people could shower/ change.

Понравилось We’ve just spent two nights at Hanworth Country Park in one of their pods and had a lovely time!

The pod had everything we needed, including bedding, a microwave, fridge, TV, plates and cutlery. Having all these little essentials provided made our stay so much easier and meant we could relax without the hassle of bringing everything with us.

The lakes were lovely, and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and quiet atmosphere. The toilet and shower facilities were also clean and well looked after, which always makes a difference.

The staff we met were friendly, welcoming and genuinely customer-focused, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing too and was another highlight of our visit!

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer little getaway. A big thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome and helping make our two nights so enjoyable.

Понравилось Lovely few days away. Camping pod was fantastic it had everything that I needed. Microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, heating. Staff were very friendly. I will definitely return.

Понравилось Had a great time at Hanworth Country Park, Fishing good, Pod great for the price, Brilliant staff especially in the Brewers. Site very well maintained and some great walks with my German Shepherd. Treats for my German Shepherds at the Dog Station which is a good idea. Overall a well laid out maintained site with hard working staff.

Не понравилось The only thing that will stop me from going back is having to pay £40 for my dog (thats from monday too friday) weve been away together a lot and most of the time a dog goes free or you pay a pound a day but never £40 for monday to friday and that alone will stop me from going back,also checking in time 4pm (they did let me have the keys at 3pm which i was grateful but its still a big part of your day gone) and checking out time 10am. You pay a security bond of £30 which they like to be done on your phone on your banking app but i dont do banking on my phone, but after a while they did let me pay it in cash.

Понравилось Park us great but I go to fish the horseshoe lake this is now paddle board and swimming.donut lake is un fishable canal lake is closed.
So we went on the main lake very poor fishing spoke to other anglers who are not happy.so I won't be returning

Понравилось Lovely place to reset from busy city. Clean showers and toilets. Very friendly personnel. Nice bar very close to pods.
