Gostou The showers and toilets were immaculate. The site was well maintained and in a lovely location.

Não gostou We stayed in the field with no hook up but the site still allocated our pitch even when there was hardly anyone there. A lot of the pitches are on a slope so if there’s no one else around then you should give people the choice to choose where they go to avoid being on a slope. No lights whatsoever at night, you walk across a lot of uneven ground to get to the toilet, how someone hasn’t fallen over is a mystery.

Gostou The freedom to choose your own pitch. The size of the site is big enough that even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel cramped. The site is in a lovely little village with some nice walks.

Não gostou The facilities were tired and not very clean.

Gostou Good facilities and quite large with plenty of space, fairly level grass pitches and not too crowded in the lower field.

Não gostou Although it’s school holidays I’ve never seen so many Ferrell children in one place and the 3 lads riding high powered electric dirt bikes around should have been told to stop by the staff.

Gostou Friendly staff everyone we met was lovely. Freshly cut grass and plenty of level pitches. The location is fantastic. Fried breakfast cooked to order.

Não gostou Very sorry to say that the toilets were disgusting. It doesn’t help that people don’t use the toilet brush but I wasn’t aware of any cleaning being done Saturday into Sunday.

Gostou The location was fantastic for walking, had the weather been nice there would have been a sea view from the site. The toilets were immaculate and the shower was large and very similar to what you would have at home.

Não gostou You might need levelling blocks as quite a few pitches are on a slant. Other than shower and toilet there are no facilities.

Do gestor: thank you for your review, sorry about the weather, its usually good but we are open to the elements being on top of the downs. we do pride ourselves on keeping the facilities clean, i would also like to add that we do have pot washing facilities and also an Elsan point for black chemical toilet waste disposal.

Gostou The lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and because it was so hot she decided to move us to a spot under a tree, this was very welcome.

Não gostou The people that decided to sprawl out across the little road for cars and into the wildlife meadow in the middle of the site, they were also lazy enough to drive through it when they needed the toilet. I guess not everyone is taught to respect others.

Do gestor: Thank you for your review and we hope you had a lovely stay. We were also dissapointed about the driving through the meadow, hopefully the rabbits will forget and be bouncing around there soon enough. Plenty of butterflies on it this morning which is nice :)

Gostou Liked the location very much, great views of Corfe Castle. The space was great and you can pretty much park wherever you like. The showers and toilets were clean.

Não gostou Most of the site is on a steep hill. The shower was so hot it wasn’t possible to stay under it for more than a few seconds at a time.

Gostou Clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very clean and the showers were hot. Nice pizza in the evening.

Não gostou The pitches are a little bit close to each other.

Gostou The campsite is lovely, well maintained and in a lovely location. The ground was level and it was reassuring to see security patrolling every now and then. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were spotless and shower was the perfect temperature.

Não gostou My only criticism is that the cafe closed at 2.30pm so an evening meal was not available. There is no mention of it closing early online.
