Gostou Toll, man kann jederzeit auf der Website buchen.
Anreise bis 20uhr, obwohl die Rezeption nur bis 17uhr offen hat. 👍

Não gostou Die Buchung am selben Tag nach 17 Uhr ist auf der Website möglich.
Man gibt die Ankunftszeit an, dass man zwischen 18-19 Uhr vor Ort ist und bekommt eine Info:

"Ab 17:00 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Sollten Sie voraussichtlich nach dieser Zeit ankommen, informieren Sie bitte bereits auf dem Weg dorthin, damit das Team Ihnen Informationen zu Ihrer Unterkunft/Ihrem Stellplatz geben kann."

Wann man ankommt, muss man ja sowieso angeben, wie bereits oben beschrieben.

Buchungsbestätigung kommt per Email.
Geld ist geblockt. Man fährt los.
Man ruft vor Ort an, es geht keiner ans Telefon. Klar Rezeption ist ja bereits geschlossen.
Man steht vor der Schranke, Kennzeichen wurde bei der Buchung abgefragt, Schranke öffnet nicht.
Wieder ein Versuch dort anzurufen, nichts.

Wir suchten uns für diese Nacht etwas anderes.

Nach der Buchungsbestätigung kam nichts mehr.
Nur eine Email zur Bewertung des Aufenthalts.
Geld ist weiterhin geblockt, zwei Tage später.

Übrigens sehr einladend, wenn man von der Hauptstraße abbiegt und auf den Platz zu fährt, sind die zwei wunderschönen auf dem Campingplatz stehenden blauen Dixi Klos die einen zur Ankunft begrüßen.

Gostou Great location, fairly quiet site, has toilets, showers and washing up area.

Não gostou Came back from our day out and our pitch was taken. I just parked in the next available (was only 3 spaces)

Gostou Convenient for our trip. Nicely landscaped. Handy that a freezer was available to campers.

Não gostou Noisy site with insufficient facilities for the number of campers. Portaloos had been installed on the camping fields to cope. People talked loudly and the doors to the portaloos banged all night long, we got very little sleep. Also too few showers, there was quite a queue in the morning, and when I used it, the shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold on a 30 second cycle, it was extremely unpleasant and the hot cycle was so hot it was dangerous.

Gostou Spacious parking area, extremely helpful staff and good location. We stayed only for one night this time but will probably will come back.

Gostou Beautiful site. Quiet and peaceful. Kids play area and horses and alpacas to see. Clean and tidy grassy areas. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Não gostou Could do with more showers ATM only 2 showers at reception area and then 1 further shower in another area of the large site

Gostou Its tidy clean and enough space available close to the main shops, friendly people and has shower hot water good toilets and small shop to buy logs recommended

Gostou I had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The grounds were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how peaceful and welcoming the site felt. It’s very safe for families, with a locked gate and staff patrolling the campsite at night to ensure everyone is safe and well. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway..

Não gostou Not so much a dislike, but more of a challenge for me: when parking in a field without numbered pitches, I feel apprehensive about driving away, as I might lose my spot during a busy weekend..
