Gostou The place in general was really nice! When we went there the weather was terrible but will definitely come back again when it will be better! The owner was really nice as I had requested if my partner could check in an hour earlier and she is been really accommodating even if after he ended up arriving after check in time! Definitely recommend!

Gostou Beautiful surroundings and pitch, excellent facilities all very pleasant apart from the weather!!

Não gostou A bit confused when we got there, as we are new to motorhomes etc no obvious place to ask where our pitch was. A nice lady did find us however and pointed us in the right direction - so not a major issue

Gostou What a great site! So immaculte and well kept. The facilities were really good, clean and very modern. The owners also couldn't do enough for us, really welcoming, came over for a chat and gave us recommendations for places to eat. We stayed on one of the new campervan pitches at the top which I think have been completed recently. They're super good, flat with electric water etc. We'll definitely stay again!

Gostou I would like to give 0 star but there is no option for that.Honestly, there was very little to like about this experience. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I expected. The service and overall quality were very poor, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected a much better standard, but unfortunately, this experience was a complete letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Não gostou The management was extremely disappointing, especially the owner's rude and disrespectful behaviour towards us. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with basic respect and courtesy, the owner made the whole experience unpleasant and stressful. Good management should be about respecting customers, handling situations professionally, and making people feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. The owner's attitude reflects very poorly on the overall management of this place. I strongly believe that customer service and management standards need serious improvement. No customer should have to put up with such rude treatment.

Do gestor: Agh - it's a shame that you haven't given the true picture of what happened.

We were very saddened that after turning up late - you proceeded to play your music very late at night, loudly, together with talking noisly when everyone else on the touring field was trying to sleep. We do have a quite park noise policy after 10pm and if guests persist to keep music playing loudly then unforutnatly due to the fact we'd also had guests complaining, we had to approach you.

If you see from all our other reviews, we are consistently marked extemely highly for our cleanilness, friendly welcome, customer service and general attitude to customers.

What you also failed to make clear to others that are reading this review, is that after putting your tent up, you then proceeded to light a fire directly on the grass, burning the grass completely. It's lucky that the dry weather has passed otherwise you could have set the whole tenting field alight. We don't mind barbecues or fires at all - but people generally have the resepct to light these fires in a firepit or suitable container, so that the fire is well abvoe the grass on legs. Your fire was on the grass direclty on the floor which we couldn't believe to be honest - which is why we then approached you about it. We will now have to dig this patch of ground up and re-seed this section, which is what we told you when we apprached you. It would have been respectful if you'd just asked us first and we could have provided you with a firepit.

Gostou Bryn and Prescilla were very warm and welcoming hosts. Made us feel very welcome and were available if needed.
The site itself is immaculate and very well maintained.
The facilities are fantastic. They were clean and well maintained.
The views from this site are beautiful. I would highly recommend this site and I will definitely be returning.

Gostou Site was very clean and tidy well looked after. Staff were really friendly on arrival.

Não gostou Nothing for children really was a slide there but nothing else. Luckily we planned a day out so wasn't on site much anyway as we only stayed for the weekend.

Gostou Great pitches for Campervans which were high so good views around. Clean and tidy and very well kept. Shower and toilet facilities were very clean and the dish washing room was good as inside. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable as it included a power hookup which I forgot to use.

Não gostou Sadly close to road so sometimes a little noise, which is nothing the Host could do about but new bushes had been planted so sure will help on our next visit.
