Gostou We have just got back from a fantastic stay I have been to this site for the past 3 years and love it, the toilet and shower block are kept to a high standard, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the views and walks are amazing, will be back next year ❤️

Gostou Location is spectacular. The site is relaxed and quiet. The touring sites vary and although there appears to be only one toilet block to cover a large area, there was enough space. The clubhouse is well equipped, pub, cafe shop and large function room.
The scenery is stunning, with views of the isle of man and the lake District.
There's a pool and other facilities.

Não gostou The showers are push button and not brilliant, but it didn't detract too much.

Gostou Great site, stunning views with lots to do for adults and kids. will definitely be back. The staff were amazing we had a very tricky start to our camping trip which we couldn't have overcome without their help!

Gostou We liked the views , park and pool . Staff were friendly. Pub had entertainment on

Não gostou WiFi was disappointing. When we wanted to chill back at Motorhome child wanted to watch his program on Netflix but he couldn’t as you couldn’t get phone service and there free WiFi wasn’t up to scratch to be able to connect . Electric hook up the electricity kept tripping and pitches weren’t level ground as it was grass so it was a bit bumpy with all the vehicles going over it . Shop could do with stocking some basics like eggs ,sausages etc not everyone comes with food and not a great deal on offer in cafe

Gostou Quiet camp. Great for the kids with things for them to do but without being overwhelming. Great place for a week away and we enjoyed ourselves. Would like to definitely go bacm

Não gostou Opening and closing times for restaurants and a walk thru foot bath with chlorine or sorts before and after the swimming pool

We are sorry that the timings for the cafe did not meet your requirements. Our small team tries to offer opening times that suit all.

The changing rooms have showers which users can use to wash themselves prior to entering & leaving the pool, and we ask all users to remove footwear on entry.

Gostou The location, the tidiness, the reception staff, the locals down in Isle of Whithorn at the Pier. Swimming pool, lifeguard was a very friendly young man. The sauna and hot tub. The views. The play park, very peaceful.

Gostou Clean, lots to do, beautiful surroundings.

Não gostou We were in area B and no toilet block there. Unfortunately it was extremely windy and this area is not sheltered at all so had to leave early. We didn't have much space to set up as the pitch beside us had 3 tents and 4 cars, and we were between this and a small caravan. We heard the family discussing how they had been urinating at the back of their tent until we arrived.

Our headland location does make us suspectable to the weather conditions and it was windy as you visited us at the tailend of Storm Floris.

Unfortunately your stay conincided with Storm Floris and we did experience very strong winds along with most of the west of Scotland.
It is good to read that despite this you liked our park, facilties & staff.
