Gostou: The view. Jeez if you don’t like that, then you are dead in the heart. Weather was “iffy” but even at that what a site. Awesome shower and dish washing facilities. Excellent. Water pressure in the hand basins could be better but that’s a very minor point.

Não gostou: Having to leave. 🤣 Signage from road could be better. We nearly missed this little haven because of that. We will be back!!

Gostou: What a stunning place to stay. Loved the peace and quiet, Backed onto beach and sea-a great view to wake up to Warm welcome, with a quick check that everything was ok part way through my stay. Really good loo and shower facility- modern, spacious and clean. Seeing a colony of seals on rocks nearby and playing in the sea just off-shore.

Não gostou: I couldn’t find where to drop my grey water so took it with me and unloaded at my next site. (I didn’t ask as I left early, but there was nowhere obvious for a camper van) Not an issue for me but the WiFi wouldn’t access the Internet. These were minor issues and did not detract from my stay. Loved the place.

Gostou: Right by the sea. Open views. Great location. Toilets and showers were immaculate.

Não gostou: Lack of signage as to my allocated pitch. Needs a notice board on entry. I had set up on a pitch before having to move. Beach was quite smelly, not in a good way.

Gostou: A truly wonderful spot to totally unwind, with only nine pitches (all with EHU) it is magically quiet, the location directly on the beach is outstanding and the sunsets even more so, within easy reach of Campbeltown for supermarkets, shops and restaurants this little piece of heaven needs to be booked in advance to benefit from all a stay here has to offer. We stayed for five nights with our dog who loved the walks on the beach as much as we did. The facilities were spotless and very modern, good recycling and waste disposal facilities too. Judith the site warden is a dear and can not do enough to make your stay even better than it already is. In the area check out Linda McCartney's bronze statue in the memorial garden in Campbeltown, Southend Beach, Westport Beach, or simply just go for a drive around this amazing part of Scotland, oh and there is a small shop in the village if you run out of essentials and is run by a very friendly lady

Gostou: The scenery was was breathtaking we went to unwind from everything and we certainly enjoyed our time at mausdale will certainly return.

Gostou: Friendly welcome. Small clean site with excellent facilities. Level pitches only yards from the sea. Amazing sunsets.

Não gostou: Great facilities but not quite enough of them. A little too near the road for traffic noise, though this wasn't a huge problem.

Gostou: Right on the beach was the perfect location, beautiful views of Isla, Jura and Gigha across the sea, ideal for us and our dog. Clean, modern showers and toilets, flat pitches, cheerful friendly host. Didn’t see dolphins even though they have been about witnessed by another guest, watched an otter fishing and eating just 50yds away from our van and seals around every day. Many many seabirds to observe.

Não gostou: Adjacent to the through road, so occasional traffic noise.

Gostou: Parked on the beach edge with stunning views across to Gigha! Great, beautifully kept facilities.
