Location - 5 mins from St Michaels Mount!
Showers and loo - always clean and showers were better than my own at home!

Maybe that my pitch must have had tree roots as i bent a fair few pegs. However, small price to pay for such a nice stay

Gostou Perfect position for a site. In the country but close to local amenities. We had a brilliant week here especially the first half when it was quiet before schools broke up. Loved being able to walk to Marazion and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Showers were good although my husband says the men's had nowhere to keep things dry.

Não gostou The rocks just under the top soil! Made pitching extremely difficult and we lost a lot of pegs.

Gostou Quiet and peaceful site. Friendly staff. Easy access to beautiful areas of cornwall. Added bonus of swimming pool. Well maintained.

Gostou Lovely location, toilet and shower block were great, always clean. Amazing Hot showers, great freezer facilities for our ice blocks. There was a lovely well stocked shop. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Não gostou Tbh I have to agree with a previous comment. The pictures on pitch up definitely sold this place to us, but where we were on the site definitely didn’t reflect the pictures online. The pitch layouts are very weird. We had to go over other peoples pitches to always get to ours. There wasn’t much room to manoeuvre your caravan in place, great if you have a motor mover but not for us. The chemical toilet was a little way to carry when three quarters full from our caravan.
There was quite a bit of road noise but I appreciate this is something you can’t control.

Gostou Allowed us to book in 30 mins early. Pitched our tent unknowingly over lapping the pitch adjacent, stopped taking bookings on this adjacent pitch losing revenue the whole 5 days we were there so we didn't have to repitch our tent. ( amazing gesture ) We look forward to staying at this site in the future. All the very best, from ozzy and rhonda

On occasions pitches are ready before 1pm, so when it’s possible, we are able to welcome campers before the check-in time. Our lovely maintenance man John, was happy to find a solution so that you did not have to move your tent. Gostou Nothing

Não gostou Site too small for a 7.5 metre motorhome, plus additional vehicle. Tiny pitches, too cramped and no room to feel comfortable with awning out and potentially a wind break.
The photos online are misleading. Access is an issue as the motorhome grounded upon driving through the entrance to the site. There is no room to park when checking in.
We asked for a refund or at least a part refund, but we were declined.

Do gestor: We are disappointed that you liked nothing about our site especially as you spent a grand total of 7minutes here. In the 20 plus years our family has run this park we have never before experienced anyone "grounding their motor home, upon driving through the entrance". Motor homes of your size and larger, regularly stay here with no problems at all.

We are very proud of our site and our high scores on Pitch Up. Here is an extract from our listing : "Drive down a country lane surrounded by fields to reach small, family-run and exceedingly esteemed Wheal Rodney Holiday Park, a mile from Marazion and a short saunter to St Michael's Mount".

We are very clear that we are a small family run business in the middle of the countryside. The majority of photographs on Pitch Up are uploaded by our guests who enjoy the peace and tranquilly our site, and return year after year

You were quite rude to one of our members of staff, who offered to move you to a larger pitch but without looking around our site you declined, stating that you didn't like the site. You then demanded a refund. Our staff member correctly advised you to contact your booking agent.

All of our pitches are different sizes, you were allocated a pitch using the measurements you gave on pitch up. Your pitch was 2metres longer than your vehicle and and 7 meters wider than your vehicle. There is ample parking in our carpark or one of our other 3 parking areas for you to park your car. There is also an option on Pitch Up to book a much larger pitch which costs an extra £10 per night, You did not choose this option. Pitch 1 for example is approximately 18m x 22m.

We hope you found happiness in a large holiday park more suited to you taste, and had a lovely holiday!

Gostou Absolutely amazing again, well presented site, extremely clean and tidy facilities, top quality greeting and staff are amazing, sorted our reservation out due to a last minute change of plans, would highly recommend 😀

Gostou Peaceful location with friendly staff. Close enough to Marazion to walk with a choice of two routes. Well stocked shop if needed and good facilities.

Não gostou Backing onto the pitch is not for a novice. Maybe a little less parking in that area would help.

It is approximately 18x22m, near the entrance and includes 2 electric hook-up points and parking for two cars too. We really hope we get the chance to host you again.
