Gostou Absolutely nothing

Não gostou Due to severe weather warnings, we decided not to go camping and my friend contacted Tall Trees 24 hours before our intended stay to ask if a refund/partial refund was possible. She was told no as it was too short notice, which is fair enough. But the manner in which she was told no was unacceptable - Karen was very rude and even laughed down the phone at my friend. This was compounded by the fact that Karen then left me a message the next day to ask if were "planning on turning up at any point" because if not, she wanted to rebook the pitch. Well, I'm afraid, if refunds/partial refunds aren't available, I certainly won't be helping Karen to double her money.

Não gostou She’s rude doesn’t talk to people in the right manor plus she keeps on turning the electric on and off considering the fact that it was been paid for.

Gostou Everything. Very nice and peaceful site. Lovley and welcoming staff. Toilets and showers very clean and tidy always smelt very nice. Great little park for the kids and a small chilled fishing lake with plenty of fish. Alot of statics around with alot of lovley friendly people that live there. Would 100% recommend we had a fab weekend.

Não gostou That from September its going to be an adults only because we would have loved to come again.

Gostou A lovely, clean and tidy campsite with friendly staff and an easy check-in process. The campsite was also nice and quiet, which made for a really relaxing stay.

Não gostou It seems a shame that the campsite is becoming adults-only from September. It’s a lovely family-friendly site, so it will be a shame to see that change. I feel this decision could also have the opposite affect attracting noisy groups.

Gostou I was nervous after seeing a previous review about noise and unfriendly people since I'd moved off of a noisy site and was staying alone with my son but very glad I went! Lovely staff, and people who stay there. Nice little park for my son, lovely spacious pitch and exceptionally clean toilet/shower block which was lovely! I felt lovely and peaceful and slept wonderfully. Great location also being just next to asda and nice pubs for food.

Não gostou Only that they're not allowing kids from September because I'd definitely come again! My son loved it here

Gostou Nice but very basic. Very peaceful with horses running around in the field just beside. Clean toilet block.

Não gostou Residents not friendly at all. Needs a little shop onsite. And there is only one shower in the women’s toilets.

Gostou We liked the fish pond and owners were friendly

Não gostou The residents in caravans where we pitched our tents . These were rude and aggressive to our children . This was sold as a family friendly site and this was not the case . Most of the people were really rude and even though our children didn’t go anywhere near their caravan continued to verbally abuse all people in our group . This made us feel very uncomfortable and this wasn’t acceptable. We would not recommend this site due to this reason !
