Do gerente: Hi James, Thank you very much for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We would just like to clarify that all the information about our site and facilities is clearly provided in the description before booking, including the toilet opening times and the fact that we do not have showers on site. These details are also reflected in the price we charge. We therefore find it a little disappointing that you chose to leave us a negative review based on facilities and information that were clearly available to you before making your booking. We always appreciate genuine feedback and are happy to hear about areas where we can improve, but we also feel it is important that reviews fairly reflect what was advertised and what guests were aware of before arriving. Kind regards, The Poplars
