Gostou Campsite was great , views on all other pitches amazing well kept site .

Não gostou Our pitch !! Big hedge could not see the sea which was so disappointing as the view was amazing. Asked to be moved told no . Do 3 days looking at a hedge while others had a fantastic view do not understand why it’s so high !! The pitch I requested I didn’t get .so a bit gutted .

Do gerente: Dear Sadie H, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the campsite and found the views from other pitches amazing. However, we're truly sorry to learn about your disappointment with the pitch you were allocated. We understand how important a sea view can be, especially when it's something you were looking forward to. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hedge obstructing your view and for not being able to accommodate your request to move to a different pitch. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will review our pitch allocation process to ensure that future guests have a better experience. We hope you will consider visiting us again, and we will do our best to provide you with the sea view you desired. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The Morfa Bychan Holiday Park Team
