Any issues whilst staying,need to be reported to reception or if closed call us on the 24 hour mobile printed on the front of check-in cards and these will be dealt with immediately.

The Hop Farm family park is closed for the whole of 2024 and when you book via pitch-up under the "Please note" section on the front page it says the visitor attraction/children rides are closed for refurbishment, this has been advertised since the beginning of January 2024.
