When you stayed in May the long stay guests were on a different field, however in November due to pitch conditions we only have the 1 electric field open. If there had not been any long stay guests there would have only been 2 other pitches occupied and with it getting dark early the dynamics would not have been the same as our summer months..
The wash rooms do have a working code, however if the doors are not closed properly the general public will use them, they did have 2 daily cleans and the workers setting up for The Wealden Christmas Fayre had other facilities to use.
We were visiting friends locally so might come again for that reason

There are 2 toilet and shower blocks, the location is pointed out on a map along with all of the open non-electric camping fields giving guests the choice of where to pitch up.
Litter is collected if any guests do not use the bins provided, when windy small amounts of paper can blow across the fields. There are public footpaths along the river and through the campsite, walkers not staying on site do not have access to the toilets.
The speed limit is 5MPH everywhere on site, if anyone ignores this and speeds this needs to be brought to our attention as we do not patrol the site continuously, the 24 hour mobile number on check-in cards is to be used for any issues whilst here.
I do not know about other car boots but the one here definitely does not sell anything that has been stolen.
Incredibly large site with lots to do and very relaxed

If there are any issues whilst staying they need to be reported immediately, when the office is closed there is a 24 hour out of hours number to call which is printed on the front of all check-in cards.
